My stylist's name, Dora, is not mentioned in the drop-down list above. I have had an excellent service during my appojntment on Sunday both from Dora and the reception staff. The stylist did my hair exactly as I wanted it to be. She was thorough & meticulous - no unpleasant surprises. Booking through the app is a rather simple & straightforward process - I used to show up without an appointment in the past and have been lucky enough to get my hair done most times - not always, though - no need to do that anymore as I can simply book a time slot a few hours before I go over there. I like HOB Man at Brent Cross very much and from now on I am certainly going to be a regular customer of theirs.

I have left the HOB salon not with a happy result. I don’t like at all my haircut, the sides are different and I have asked to not have the top really short and I got it really short. I would never come again in that salon. My experience there was extremely bad and I have paid £31 for a bad haircut, that wasn’t the good value for the haircut I got.
