I always get my sons haircut here and this time the stylist messed up his hair and then tried to blame it on my son that he moves too much. Never had this problem before. The sides were so rough and there was a chunk of hair missing on the side and he didnt even dry my sons hair. He just left it a mess. He offered to smoothen the edges but how are you going to fix the chunk of hair missing. The worst part is that he didn’t even say anything. I had to mention it. I will never be getting my sons haircut here. You pay £22 for a child’s haircut I expect much better than the shoddy job this stylist did. I don’t remember the stylists name but he was a tall bald man.

Stylist I had before was not working the day I came in so was offered another and told she was of the same standard. I showed her video of a previous cut I particularly liked and she did an excellent job. Cut was not rushed and atmosphere is always friendly. The only one off putting thing was seeing a staff member purging a spot in front of a mirror in full view of everyone in the salon!

Really great execution - did exactly what I asked for more and delivered a fantastic result. Madalin has a way of understanding what style my son would like despite our very vague descriptions and he is the only stylist who he’ll sit still for. He does a fantastic job.

Good haircut, I’m happy with the results. Left to feel very awkward throughout the haircut because the barber challenged the fact he hadn’t cut my hair before. He told me he prefers to cut the same people. I really didn’t know what to say. I’ve never had someone challenge me because they haven’t cut my hair before. Was just weird.
