I thought for the price, that I would get a good job, NO. Dispite talking to him and claryfying, that he was layering, he wasnt. When I got home on a wi dy day, I found the sides of my hair were cut in a wedge, like a over hanging ledge, not layered. Then, at the opticians the other day, I saw in the mirror, the back of my neck overlapping and curving up, not layered.

I was very disappointed in the service and outcome of my haircut at HOB. After making my request, the barber was not able to cut my hair properly and provide me with satisfactory results. He cut more from the wrong part of my hair and at the end left me looking extremely different to how I wanted and not even looking presentable. After asking him for adjustments he showed unbothered facial expressions and did not show proper respect after first rejecting my request to make those adjustments at that time; he told me to come back tomorrow or wait another 45 mins because he wanted to move on to his next customer even though he still hasn’t finished cutting mine. As a first time customer, this was one of the most embarrassing haircuts I have recieved, and did not expect this from HOB, especially with the price I paid. I will probably have to change all my hair/cut it off because of this disappointing situation.
