I have been with tony& guy for 15 years, 8 at Romford, 7 at Ilford, I love everything about the place staff are amazing, loik forward to the experience, never disappointed xxx

Been there before, but today had pleasure to meet Toni, she is fantastic, after long time I'm really happy with my curly crazy hear.

Not what I expected for £60 when I got out of the salon I noticed my wasn't straightened properly on the sides by the time I got home my hair had turned all frizzy and wavey. I went for a wash cut and blow dry and straighten.

My first time having my hair done and my overall experience was very good .. the stylist was patience with me as I decided and gave good advice to help me make a good decision. Once my hair was done I was immediately happy with the outcome the colour came out how I wanted it. The stylist was friendly and professional.

Didn't have my usual hair stylist or colourist ........ so imagine the hesitation but cannot complain
Colourist - apologises cannot remember her name, lovely, v attentive initially was worried as it had been so long since last colour job I totally forgot what I did and everyone works with different ideas but I had no reason to worry because the colour and how the finish looks - excellent

Staff so friendly and helpful. Managed to turn up and get hair cut straight away, the guy who washed my hair was amazing.. the head massage took my migraine away, the lady who cut my curly hair, knew what she was doing, I left salon a more curly haired women, which I love, massive thank you

Most of staff were very friendly and I was really pleased with my result! Great service although the trainees could lighten up a bit!

The hairdresser Rifa was really great and asked lots of questions before we started. She made sure I knew what to expect and how to look after the perm when she finished. Everyone in the salon was friendly and helpful. I even have a complimentary appointment next week to see how I'm managing my new curls. I can defenitly recommend Toni&Guy.

I think Tony and Guys ilford branch is no good anymore. I used to get my hair cut and colour done but since about three years most of the stylists are no more working there and new people have just given me low quality results. I donot know how but they donot have experience and do not have high standards but their rates are too high!!

Went in for my regular wash, cut and blow dry, was served by the stylist in the salon. Great friendly service, very happy :)

Excellent cut and blow dry. Layers put in all the right places. Also Sophie was friendly with lots of energy and enthuse.

Great service! did take a while to be seen after my colour, but they were busy. A wonderful lady from Kosovo cut my hair to perfection. Had a great conversation, and it wasn't about the weather or holidays. Thank you, will be back soon.

No one told me that I would have a wash and then a haircut first. I then had a rough blow dry .
Then colour was put on. I paid £115. And I did not know I could of had a blow dry. I had a rough dry. I think maybe tell the customer what they are getting - or what they want. Otherwise it's I thought it was expensive for a hair cut, colour for the whole head and a rough dry. And it was my birthday weekend.
Oh well.

Had a great service provided by Lauren, she advised an appropriate treatment once asked by myself and contributed to ideas for my hair cut. She was very professional, polite and welcoming. I will definitely want to go back to have a hair colour with her.

Great Toni&Guy experience. Everyone is so friendly. Great atmosphere.

I've been coming here for some 15 years but sadly will never do it again.
The manager and most of the staff have changed and the standard has plummeted.
The last cut was awful, the keratin treatment was ineffective.
It isn't professional any more.

I've been a regular for over a decade now and I'd never go anywhere else. Apart from the obviously amazing hair cuts which keep me coming back it's definitely a case of the people make the place. All of the staff are incredibly accommodating and friendly which creates a very welcoming atmosphere and makes for a wonderful experience. They're all very attentive to your needs and remember what you like. I always leave there feeling refreshed and invigorated. And, definitely considerably more stylish than when I walked in, 5 thumbs up!
