Not the usual experience. Colour is not as good as usual as I have grey hair left near the hair parting. The blow dry was fine but the hair wash was sloppy and uncomfortable with inadequate rinsing.

Very good and friendly staff . Been there for hair treatment and its re do the staff was very caring . I will defiantly recommend it to family and friends.

I went for a cut with Kiran, the only hairdresser I trust with my hair. As usual, Kiran listened to how I wanted it changed and it turned out perfect. To cap it off, the crew there are so amazing, that Kiran knows I like a great blow dry and therefore she called one of the other trainers to blow dry. I forget the young girls name but she was Turkish and just training - but her blow drying skills were amazing! What great training Tony and guy!

Everything was lovely . Constantly asking if I would like tea or coffee . Making sure I'm comfortable. My hair was really bad when I came in and they did there best to fix it in the 40mins they had. They did a beautiful job and I have another appointment to go back in 3 month time . The lady tha washed my hair was really polite and friendly and dose a really good hair wash . My cut was nice and simple just a quick tidy up . I can say the saints was clean fab atmosphere. I would recommend to anyone who wants there hair done go to ilford . Thanks

I dont think that what I receive for the value of the money is not satisfactory.

I asked for a long bob, but she gave me a trim with loads layers!!!! And this is a style director and of course I had to pay more for her service. I am not happy at all.

Unexpectedly had a different stylist but very happy with the haircut.

Had a senior stylist who was very experienced knew what she was doing, she was friendly understood what I wanted didn't rush the job, gave the right and correct advice. Will go back to her again lovely lady.

Tony&Guy Ilford did an excellent job in transforming the look of my hair. They are flexible to my opinions and give their expert ideas as well. I'm so comfortable as I know they cut the exact length and style I want.
