Loved my colour done by Abigail, both the girls that helped were great too. Always asked if I needed anything and the best head massages, but they are definitely too understaffed those poor girls running around after several people.
The salon definitely needs a new coat of paint, looks really old but I go there for the good service and great colour.

My stylist today was a lovely lady named Sophie. I showed her a photo of what I liked. Service has always been excellent & this visit was no different from start to finish. Jodie washed my hair & was polite and courteous to ask if temp of water & pressure of massage was ok. Sophie cut my hair according to my hair which was fine. I'm so pleased with the cut...it looks exactly like in the photo. She was also nice enough to go through some tips on haircare & blow drying techniques with me after the appointment. I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

Friendly staff who provide good service. However the salon (Ilford branch) needs redoing as it looks a old and rusty.

I have been going to Toni and Guy for over 5 years and there is no bettter service out there. They look after you m, excellent customer service, listen to what you want... the head massages are amazing when you're getting a shampoo and conditioner wash... they take their time and Iv never left unhappy with their service. 5 stars all the way.

Very pleased with service.

The technician was helpful, confident and friendly. The colour is just what I wanted. The stylist was outstanding. He was highly skilled and very professional. The junior however, made me feel uneasy as she discussed with the technician the fact that my hair had gone green in places! However, when I asked about the problem she answered reassuringly.
A long appointment but to be expected and I am very satisfied with the experience and will surely ask for the same stylist again.

Worst service I've come across! when you fail
to acknowledge customer who walks in to your store for an appointment for a whole 10 minutes. There is a member of staff standing within a metre who not only fails to say hello let alone ask someone to come over to attend to me. I was so sick and fed up of being ignored I had to telephone the landline so that when a member of staff walks over to the reception desk to answer the phone I can catch their attention.
It does not end in there stylist cut my hair in absolute pain staking silence, I was asked exactly 2 questions what would you like done how would you like your hair dried, no hello how are you, is this much off your length okay? Or even would you like a drink!I asked to maintain my length that did not happen! Never have I been so ashamed to be standing at Tony and Guy store. I was left distraught to the extent I had to call Tony and Guy customer service and lodge a formal complaint. I only received an answer machine it's someone actually concerned enough to call back

I've been coming here for many years and it used to be much better, it's always been expensive but I used to leave feeling like I'd had an expensive hair cut. Over the years it's declined in customer service and quality.
One of the problems is staff turnaround, you have someone good cut your hair a few times and then they no longer work at the salon. Poor consistency.
Its expensive, I paid £50 for my most recent cut, sadly I left the salon feeling like I'd just paid £50 for a £10 hair cut.
I was embarrassed to even say anything at the salon although I'm sure it was obvious.
I don't like leaving negative reviews but I've been disappointed with the service more and more frequently.
I no longer feel like a valued customer ....

Excellent and friendly service

Kiran is absolutely amazing! She totally gets and understands what you want her to do and is an expert hairdresser whose been in the business for years. She executes with precision for any style. I have been going to Kiran for over 15
years with numerous styles and I have never found anyone as good as she is! The salon is friendly and clean and so welcoming. 5 stars all round.

Went for a colour and a cut , got constant attention from the staff , I like the fact they use your name and as a regular customer feel this is important. Minor point , always end up a bit damp after a hair wash and no one checks . But love this salon and they go the extra mile .

Last appointment of the day might not be the best, but instead of being rushed I received the full T&G treatment. Stylist very helpful and took time to understand what I wanted. And gave me a great haircut. I've been to the salon before and would not hesitate to return. Thoroughly recommend.

I've been returning to Toni & Guy Ilford for almost 10 years now, the professionalism and haircut quality has always been consistent and the staff are super friendly. I don't have to worry about the awkwardness of small talk, and as a male I'm in and out of the salon within 30-40 mins which is just what I want and my cut is always perfect regardless of speed! Perhaps a little pricey for what I get, but I'm always happy with the style so I can't complain.

I would like to extend my thanks and best wishes to my favourite hair stylist and colourist specialist, Joe. He is truly an amazing person and is great at what he does, most specifically in regards to how to lift colours by applying toners and moisture with the hair spa, as well as guidance on what blends of colours would work best on my hair. Hair was cut by Bradley who always makes me look sharper and more clean cut! He's also friendly and always has a chat. The rest of the staff are always really friendly and helpful. I always leave this place happier

I had a superb experience today at the salon, instant booking from ringing in, the receptionist was extremely helpful in catering for my schedule of attendance.

My hairdresser looked after me and understood exactly what I wanted for appearance and made sure I was happy.

I recommend this salon to anyone that wants bespoke treatment.

This was my second visit as part of the programme I'm on to style my hair in time for my wedding! The service I received here was excellent. The stylist Omar was very friendly and you could tell her had many years of experience in just the way he dealt with my hair. My experience was very laid back, calm and Omar made it personal which I prefer rather than being just seen as a 'client'.
And of course the end result.. my hair... coming out just the way I want it!
