Everybody was friendly and professional however the back of the salon, the toilet area is starting to look a bit tired. Could do with a smarten up.

Joe is a brilliant hairdresser, he makes the hairdressing experience to another level.

The experience was good and both Joe and a new hairdresser for me Michelle, listened to my ideas and I was pleased with final look. What would have been nice was to have been informed before the day that my usual hairdresser had left and I would be having someone new,especially as my appt had been booked for some time.

I attend for my regular eye Brow Trimming and hair cut. My stylist is Rifa and she is very good in her styling and understands my varying needs. She is professional in her approach. I do recommend her to my friends and Toni & Guys as a salon. Staff members are friendly and approachable.

I enjoyed the experience a lot. Joe was very courteous and good at his job. Loved the colour in my hair. Ilford.

I have alopecia and hate going into salons as they make me feel very insecure regarding my condition.
Louise did an amazing job considering I don't have much hair. She actually made me forget that I had alopecia.
She gave me really good tips on how to maintain and take care of my hair. She also said I can call her any time to get advice.
I am definitely coming back!!!
