I have been going to the Ilford branch for at least ten years and if I become a millionaire I would still come here as I always have a good experience and my hair is excellent when I leave. Also Michelle takes very good care of me and the ambience in there is an oasis amidst the termoil of the rest of my life.

Fantastic experience and the results of the hair colour was amazing!

I usually visit Toni and Guys in Ilford, and have done so for many years. I didn’t get the usual head massage this time around. The cut by Rifa was superb.

When it came to payment, I wasn’t given an explanation on why my payment was totalling a lot. Instead when I turned to get my bag, I could see the two receptionists today 19.11.18 in the morning, at around 11.20 almost laughing and giving nasty gestures. I wasn’t happy. Told Rifa what had happened. Hope it gets resolved and they stop this nonsensical behaviour to customers in the future, who pay a fortune or more to get treatment/haircut from a prestigious place like Toni and Guys.

I have been there they bleached my hair and burn my scalp I told them that they are holiding for too long and my skin was itching the hairdresser said is normal after my scalp was burn with stab on my skin I asked them for refund they said is not their fault that’s. The hairdresser done everything good didn’t even apologise big brand but they don’t do professional at all lying just want to charge the money that’s alll

I hadn't booked a appointment but they fit me in without rushing and did a great job.

My appt was for 10 o clock
At 10.15 I went to the desk and asked what was happening.
I was told the stylist wasn’t there and they would find out what was happening. Eventually some one cut and blow dried my hair. It was ok
For years Kitty cut my hair. I would enjoy my appts and come out feeling relaxed and happy with my hair
This is the second in a row appt where there was no one to cut my hair at the appointed time . Keera stepped in athen and gave me a great cut
I’m not sure I will be making any appts.

Bad service from start to finish. All i wanted to do was to leave. Booked appointment with Art director got seen by someone else. The cut was not good as the pics i had shown. Washed my hair only once. Told me to pay £50 when it should be £40 always changing their price even if seen my same person. Forcing rather then advising you to buy other hair products. She just left them on there and said this is been advised for your here and left the products there wanting me to pay for it which is extremely rude. Telling me it was less because i was seen by someone else which is a lie coz i sae the same person and wasn't happy and said il charge you £40. Unfortunately the senior hair stylist ***** has left she was the only one that provided good cut and customer service. No proper wash no wet towel. I will have to find another barber.

I was not happy with the way my hair fell. It was cut with layers which is what i wanted but rather than blending in, there were thick bits that puffed up and other bits that were so thinned down that there was no volume at all.

Lovely experience as always all the staff very nice.

Anytime I go to Toni and Guys hair salon I know I’m always going to leave with amazing looking hair and have had a fantastic experience since they put care and effort into every part. I love that Kiran always understands exactly what I want and always gets it right. All of the staff are warm and put in extra touches which makes a huge difference!

She is honestly great at what she does. She is talented and has given new life to my dead hair.
My hair feels better and healthy.
My hairstylist ( can’t remember her name) cut my hair exactly how I wanted without any dissapointment.
I would most definitely recommend tony and guy to anyone and everyone.
I had the worst experience at rush and I must say when I spoke to Natasha at tony and guy she made me feel so much more better just from having an initial consultation.
Book your colour, cut etc with tony and guy. I guarantee you will not be disappointed

I had Natasha at Ilford cutting my hair. She was absolutely fantastic, so so helpful. Will definitely be returning to her.

I had wash and bow dried but unfortunately it was blow dried as straight as i would of like it. I was quite bushy after i left when i got home i noticed that my had expanded from when i was outsidse.. However i had my hair done before it not happen.. the last timre was more floppy and straight..

The girls are always so lovely here! I had Jody do my hair she’s great. Really trust her and she always does a great job ???????? Thanks guys
