well i received email to review right after treatment but i waited to wash my hair , my hair are just like before as they were before treatment, i’m not happy, the lady who give me treatment didn’t even know name of the steps of treatment very very unprofessional and inexperienced, she was a trainee , i paid more than they ask for long hair, i’m so disappointed and too much cost, i would not recommend anyone to go for this treatment there.

Brilliant service and wonderful stylist! She knew exactly what I wanted, despite my vague description. This is the new go to place for my new look!

The service was excellent. Good hospitality and approachable staff. Professional team. My hair was damaged and I was advised to go to Toni and Guy for a good care of my hair. The staff advised me accordingly and I saw a massive difference in my hair with an excellent hair cut, hair treatment and blow dry. My hair looks back to normal how it used to be previously, well Done team ????????

Appointment was at 10am and told at 10.15 that there’s a 30 minutes delay. Not seen till 11 and as the stylist was also styling another customer, my cut and blow did not finish till 12pm. Then a 5 minute delay to pay because of some issue with the system. If I wanted to be in and out in 2 hours I would have gone t my local barbers who are £30 cheaper. Had to pay for extra parking and apart from the normal sorry’s no Good will was offered which I find totally unprofessional for such a establishment. Been going for over 5 years and even though not been seen by the same stylist which seems to have a high staff turnover I certainly won’t be returning again.

I went to have a long bob haircut, but I got a straight short cut. I’ve shown the picture of what I want and been told I’ll get same results. I’m being reasonable and don’t expect the same result as in the picture shown, as everyone’s hair is different, but what I’ve got is totally different of what I wanted.

I always look forward to my appointment. It's my time- to be pampered. The staff are all warm and friendly; offer great advice and suggestions, but put no pressure on you. I always feel good when I leave the salon...I walk taller! ????

Ilford is my regular! And I always get 1st class service, however the experience yesterday was terrible, it seemed like they were really short staffed, I booked myself for 6.40 and got the actual haircut for 8pm, you usually get me coffee and always ask if I want treatments, but nothing was mentioned, the lady did a ok job on my hair, but it’s not as good for it’s moneys worth, I’m not a fussy person at all, but this time this was bad, if you knew you were really behind, you should of blocked out your appointments, and acknowledge us to let us know how long it will roughly be! I will go back very soon, but only to see reefa.

Was nice to have my hair colouring with Karen as she did my hair cut last time. I did really enjoyed the atmosphere , hospitality and she is really friendly and professional. Would go there again .

I have had my hair done twice at Toni & Guy High Road Ilford for two different weddings and the service and the finished styling was excellent. I have to say, I was very nervous at first because I am Afro-mixed so wasn't sure how my hair would look. Very good results!

I got my hair cut and coloured this week. Everyone at the salon were so friendly. I believe the lady who coloured my hair was called Nat. She was so lovely and helped me choose the correct colour for my hair.

I was not happy with the hair wash as the person who did this had long nails and ended up scratching my scalp quite a few times so it was quite unpleasant. Other than that I was ok with the service provided.

The main thing is the hair cut it self and the treatment which you get as a customer it was spot on.

I had my haircut today and it was not what I asked for. I showed the lady a photo and have come out with a completely different thing from what I had asked.
Also I was given a cup of tea and the mug had someone elses lipstick the gown also had rips in it to. I come here over 6 years ago now have moved back to ilford so decided to come back and it has gone very very downhill from before. I will not be returnig.

I was there for hot towel shave . And it was worst experience

Much better service in Ilford compared to Westfield.. technicians were so much more interested in what the customer wanted and gave better advice on colouring technices

Had my hair coloured recently and i am very pleased with the result. My colourist Lauren was very helpful and helped me get the colour lift that i wanted. Have had many compliments since! Very happy!
