I was made to feel very uncomfortable and unfashionable with how I asked for my hair. They were pushing a tonged look. Texture of hair looked very burnt, and I subsequently got another wash and blow dry before my event that evening.

I think alberto is great colourist he slways does my colour an highlights lovley never had a hair colour with alberto so very happy customer an will be back 10 out of 10 ????

Luda has been my stylist for almost 20 years. She is professional, courteous and takes her job seriously. She gives honest feedback and often advises me the best course of action when managing my haircare. She is creative and can think outside the box when dealing with my hair issues and always discusses how best to cut my hair before proceeding. I have never been disappointed with the results. Personally, It took me a long time to find the right stylist - I trust her implicitly and would certainly recommend Luda to any of my friends and family.

The way Luda cuts is excellent. She is the only hairdresser that can truly cut my difficult fine hair. Her cutting style and method should be observed by others. I followed Luda from Liverpool Street after trying other stylists who just don’t understand my hair or just do not understand hair in the same way. She is truest a perfectionist!

Giuseppe is a colour queen, he gets my hair colour perfect every single time and isn’t afraid to give his advice on what does and doesn’t suit me. He truly is an absolute gem and I wouldn’t dream of having anyone else colour my hair. Making my hair look natural with extra thin highlights is a skill only he has ever been able to do!

Hi there I’m very sorry but I’ve forgotten the lovely colour stylist’s name who did my hair last Friday at 5.30pm. This was a correction after the colour initially failed to cover my grey hair post one week of colour treatment.
For context, I had been off work that day because I was ill and this was the first time I’d ever coloured my hair and t hadn’t worked - so i was in lower spirits than usual UNTIL I saw the lovely stylist who immediately acknowledged the colour hadn’t worked, talked through why and how we can ensure it doesn’t happen again, and then coloured my hair to perfection. The cherry on top was the INCREDIBLE hair wash she gave me which was so relaxing followed by a blow dry that styled my hair just how I like. It was the highlight of my day and she definitely turned around what could have been a lost customer for Toni & Guy to a customer who will definitely return for future colours. Thank you so much, your attentiveness and care was just what I needed to lift my spirits that day and I’ll definitely be back because of it! Five stars all round.
