I am writing to say a personal thank you to one of your absolutely fabulous hairdressers, Guiseppe working at the Islington Toni and Guy branch.

I first came across Guiseppe when he worked at Toni and Guy in Brent Cross. When someone coloured my hair from black/brown to ginger.. I was pretty devastated to put it politely. No one seemed to bother or even know how to fix and restore it back to ‘normal’. Guiseppe was very knowledgable and restored my faith back in Toni and Guy, by fixing it!

Guiseppe is just so professional, knows his stuff and just has that welcoming ‘family member’ like air about him with a very personal touch.. and not just with me .. I’ve seen him with other clients too who’ve also missed him at Brent Cross. Highly professional guys like him are an asset to your team, organisation and reputation. Chaps like him should be developed, promoted and retained in my opinion.

I was devastated to learn he has recently moved from Brent Cross to Islington branch as it’s a pain for me to get to!! However, I decided follow him there and he coloured n trimmed my hair today. One very happy customer.

I did a keratin blow dry, and am very satisfied about it

I’ve come to the salon a few times to have my hair curled for nights out.
I came with a friend for hair curlin for a Halloween party.
Our bookings were at 6 and I didn’t get seen until 6.45.
My friend wanted a particular curl style which couldn’t be done due to the tong being broken, so the hairdresser gave a looser curl alternative and pinned it to set. My friends hair dropped immediately on leaving the salon and I ended up having to try and do it for her at home.
I asked for a 50’s wave using ghd’s And even showed a picture which the hairdresser said he understood. The outcome was a standard curl/wave which was ok but not anything like the 50’s style I wanted to achieve.
As I was seen late I didn’t have time to say this wasn’t what I wanted and so just was polite and said it was fine.
Disappointed and a bit of a waste of money.

The styli was very nice but she cut my hair way too short when I said that all I wanted was a bit of a trim. I usually like to sweep the sides of my hair back and now I can’t do that as it’s too short. Hate being stuck with a haircut that you don’t like

Overpriced and did not follow instructions. Cut too short and square at the back which is what is expect from a cheap barber.

Departing from my last hairdresser after 8 yrs I was a little hesitant... No need! After the lovely receptionist who was smiley, welcoming and whisked me straight through and one of the best hair washes ever(!) Kaz listened, 'got it', offered some advice, did exactly what we agreed and today I woke up and managed my hair really easily. Four comments so far and it's 10.57am! So thank you to you three who do it like it's meant to be done. I'll be back.

I have been to Alberto before- he is by far the best colourist who has done my hair. He used really beautiful colours creatively that made my hair really blonde in parts and it looks very stylish not tacky atall (like some blonde can be).
Victor is a fabulous hair dresser too - he just intuitively knew what would look good and I love the cut he has given me.

I am very satisfied about how devoted he is to his work. He is really professional and expert in his job . I strongly recommend him for long hair keratin blow drying, and balayage.
