Excellent, as usual. Was offered coffee twice, the head massage was longer than usual and very relaxing, haircut was professionally done. Next time will try a new one, hopefully Ryan will have some good suggestions

I decided to go for the plunge and cut my long hair off into a pixie cut. Ryan cut and styled my hair beautifully. I could see he was as pleased as I was with his work which was a nice moment to share! I’ve never looked this good and I haven’t stopped smiling since I got it cut.

Wat can a say a call him the magican when it comes to colour hes brillant i am thee mst fussy person when it comes to my hair and if anybody reading this review got a problem wiv previous colour or just want new colour ask for albero hes amazing colourist an so patient so ask for alberto magic man with colour whatever u want he will create

Carly was great and I like the haircut - but I think £60 for a pretty basic man’s haircut is extortionate. I realise the hairdressers is in an expensive part of London but all I asked for was a shorter haircut, not a restyling or anything. This price is very disappointing. I get the same haircut for half the cost at other high end hairdressers like Tony & Guy.

Gabriele from the start was excellent! I first went to meet the hairstylists to see if I would feel comfortable with them. As soon as I met Gabriele I just knew he would know how to handle my hair and do the type of cut and style I was going after. He understood my hair, my style and my personality on top of that. I left the salon feeling marvellous and with the exact look I was going for. Grazie Gabriele!! I will definitely be back to see you for all of my hair needs.

I have been coming to this salon for years because the stylists are so good and I’m always happy with the quality of my hair. However recently I made my usual booking for a cut and colour, but I was only booked in for the cut. Ryan managed to fit me in with Giuseppe to do my colour which was really kind. However because of juggling the booking I was in the salon for 4.5 hours and still payed the usual eye watering price for the service. I understand that these accidents happen, however some sort of compensation would be much appreciated.
