Maybe my standards are too high, anyway:
-the salon was not clean: hair form previous cuts everywhere
-my blow dry was very bad, indeed my hair was not nice by the end of the same day
I’m sorry but I think they should improve and train staff better

I hesitate having a hair cut so much because I’ve never ever once left a hairdressers and been happy with the result! They either get scissor happy or they just don’t understand what I want however today I went after a year of doing nothing to my hair (not unusual as I’ve been put off) and I explained to my stylist what I wanted. From the second I walked in and sat down I felt so welcome. My stylist was super friendly and I can’t even explain how happy I was, I nearly cried seeing my hair. Finally happy! It was cut and blow dried to perfection! And definitely worth the money! Couldn’t be happier. I’ll definitely be back!

Talked about what I thought and made adjustments from what I said to ensure I got the colour change I wanted

Always checks what I want and discusses minor changes to make sure the cut is exactly what I want

James listened to my requirements, understood what I needed and delivered an absolutely great result. Will be going back regularly.

The haircut was less than average and way overpriced for what I got. This was my 2nd T&G experience - the first one in Shoreditch was great but this one in Angel wasn't good at all. I didn't feel that the staff cared at all to receive clients on a Monday morning.

Victor is Absolutely one of the best in London.

Alberto is a colour magician, mixing his potions to cover the greys. Lasts much longer than I expected. I've had Victor and Ryan cut and blow dry my hair. Both excellent and give that bit extra to make sure you leave feeling happy. Even the receptionist Upkar is lovely.

I have soft, thin hair and struggle to add volume to it. Victor cut it in a way that even after taking off my bike helmet it just takes back it's shape perfectly!

I have been very unhappy with your service for the last 18months or so. The quality of the haircuts I have had has been very poor irrespective of the level of the hairdresser. They all lack the minimum of skills! I do not intent to come back!

The Japanese lady cutting my hair ( apologies I’m not sure of her name) was very nice and I was pleased with the actual style of cut - I thought at the anti e and still feel a little more needed to be cut off as my hair is dry. Can I please have a further trim? Same stylist. Same style but tackling my dry ends? Many thanks.

The service was 30 minutes late. The stylist was constantly distracted chatting with a friend. I specifically told her that my main concern is to cover greys and that I’d like to use the same dye as last time (as it was permanent and covered greys well and the color was good). However it feels like she used another color that she sporadically applied to my roots for 20 minutes and washed off which felt like a toner and not a permanent color. I could instantly see that the greys were not fully covered and will become visible again after a couple of washes. Overall very disappointing, waste of time and money

As always, Alberto did a beautiful job with my hair. The colour is perfect, glowing and refreshed (the extra moisturising treatment is so worth it) and the cut is fantastic! I always so enjoy coming to Toni and Guy to get my hair done, always feel wonderful afterwards! Alberto is the best colourist and stylist I’ve ever had. Thanks!

No complaints about the cut itself which is great.

I probably could have gone to a good barber and got a similar result for less money.

But I was going from longer hair to medium hair so I wanted to be sure about the getting what I wanted. So I feel it was right choice for me.

I would recommend it but it's probably better value for money as a guy if you are getting something more "stylish" or "complex"

I would go again.
