Treatment on the day seemed to have fewer steps than the ones I had done in other places in the past. My hair looks the same or even worse four days after the treatment. Not sure if it is the shampoo I bought from the salon or whether the treatment didn't work.

I traveled all the way from Southampton to dye my hair with Maeve, however the experience wasn't worth it. Maeve was dismissive, ignorant, said the effect won't be what I wanted anyway and then overcharged me £55. Disappointing experience.

In an emergency appointment following a terrible cut from another salon, Luke sympathetically talked me through some 'damage limitation' options and helped to plan on how best to approach growing it out. Exactly what I needed in what felt like a crisis!

From meeting Carly to leaving the salon, everything was good. Carly is professional, gave me a very good wash and haircut. The client can tell who has the correct touch so that everything is as pleasant as possible. Carly has this. Additionally she is a good listener and is enjoyable to chat to making a really good, relaxing atmosphere. I finished my appt looking better but also feeling much better than when I went in! This was a booking for 4 family members who were to attend a wedding at Islington Town Hall. The mother of the groom only managed to see her son get married because they delayed the ceremony as she was late. It took no less than 1:45 for a hair up for her and her sister. My hair is a short bob and my hair wasn’t alwashed properly it was heavy with conditioner. The stylist was not confident at all & blew my hair like I was a pensioner. I was horrified and very upset at my flat lacklustre hair. My sister in law had he hair wanted and pinned up and that was fine she was happy and the guy who did her hair was very good. The main woman who was doing my mother in laws hair was rude and came over to take my bill in the middle of doing her hair. We made it clear at the time of booking it was for an early wedding and explained what we required but instead we were all booked in for blow dries. Only I wanted a blow dry. Cannot begin to tell you how stressful you made the wedding morning and we have told everyone to avoid this salon. Very very disappointed between us we spent a lot of money and 3 of 4 of us were sorely disappointed.

I got charged £60 for a quick trim which lasted around 30 mins tops. The haircut was worth no more than £30 even thats steep for a trim.
Lovely and polite staff, very courteous and make you feel very welcome. After having a hair disaster from another salon I went into Toni&Guy and explained the situation, they listened to me and worked with me to achieve what I wanted and to fix the horrible mess that I had been left with. I can’t fault this place at all, will never be using another salon again!

Luke cuts my thick curly hair to perfection. My cut lasts for months and grows through with a great shape. He is also a genuinely nice bloke.

Sorry have forgotten name of young man.. only person in salon when I arrived at 9am. I didnt have an appointment but he went out of his way to make me feel welcome and did a really wonderful job of dealing with my dry and frizzy hair so I left feeling 100% better about how I looked and I had a special conditioning serum to match the current state of my hair... thank you so much...you are a star!!
