My hair really needed a refresh. Kamila, but back layers to take the weight off and allow my curls to come back. she's lovely to talk to and knows what to do to achieve the right cut/style. Took care to twist and dry curls with diffuser and have advice about how to style my hair to avoid losing my curls. Thank you!

Died my own hair at home and it was a disaster! Popped into Toni&Guy and Sophie, the technician came right away and sat down and explained ways she could help me get back to the my natural colour. It wasn’t easy, and she was even attending someone at the same time but managed to bring me back to my exact colour in less than the expected time. Sophie answered all of my questions and helped me understand what she was doing before she did anything to my hair. She made me feel comfortable and I would trust her again with my hair. Recommend Toni&Guy at Gloucester road 100%!!!

Sophie always delivers a stunning result and is very personable. I was late for an appointment once due to circumstances beyond my control. Sophie went the extra mile and made every possible effort to squeeze me in at an alternative time on the same day despite being fully booked.. Brilliantly managed salon.

HQ changed product I used to reduce my father Xmas look.

Was v upset for a few weeks.

Management did a deal with another store and got the old product back in.

Now that’s customer service.

Can’t recommend the whole team here highly enough.

Superb Sophie mixing up her magic to make me look younger and the da boss - Dan - who even tidied up my young son’s hair as a good will gesture.

Such great service very rare in this day and age.
