Vallerio (so?) did a super hair cut for my 4 y/o boy and Shukti did excellent colour / L'Oreal treatment for me.

When I went out of the salon I was very happy with my haircut and the beautiful curls! However, when the curls straightened out, I realized that my haircut wasn’t good at all. Instead of a layered cut I got randomly cut hair that looks horrible. My hairstylist at home had to fix it. Very disappointing.

I was looked after very well by Sophie who did a fantastic job at turning me from brunette to blonde. Valerio then gave me a great cut adding in some more layers and a giving it a great shape. Thank you also to the rest of the team who looked after me bringing me tea, helping with my blow dry and Emma who was careful at washing and brushing through my knotty hair!

All staff were polite and courteous. I was offered coffee and magazines immediately and it was refreshing to be given personal service in terms of a consultation prior to my color, although I would have liked to have been shown a color chart and some ideas, and suggestions. Given.The price was very high just for a root color, but the atmosphere overall was professional. My color coverage was 95-98%

I had my hair coloured by Sophie and I couldn’t be more happy with it. She was really attentive despite the salon being super busy and knew exactly what would suit me. Everyone else was super friendly and Valerio who cut my hair did a great job too. If you want great hair, this is definitely the place to go!

Not happy. I wanted some smoth waves, I showed them a picture of me last week with the style I wanted. They didnt listen. They said , “ I would do exactly the same I did last time” although I told him that didnt remember it.

First time I went to toni & guy in London . I booked the appointment by the phone but I forgot to ask to be with a stylist and they didn't ask what I wanted so I was assuming that would be .. . I only realised when I saw the price .. so I had a stylist director . I really liked him , and the hair cut ..however after cut my hair he went to cut a gentlemans hair and left me with another lady to dry .. for the price I payed ,, the service should have been much better .
Very bad receptionists, not friendly at all . They shouldn't be serving the clients .

Sometimes, if a client has exceptionally long hair, is late or the cut itself takes longer than an expected invariably an experienced Apprentice may be required to Blowdry. We can asuure you that we always try to endeavour that this does not happen regularly but obviously without further details of your specific appointment it is very difficult to conclude why this happened. Exceptional Customer Service is imperative to us and it saddens us to learn that you feel our Front of House Team did not meet the high standards we pride ourselves on.
