Jorgie did a great colour job as always, and instead of a rough dry at the end, I asked for my hair to be rough braided wet,(like I had done many times in the past), only to find out that today I was charged an additional £25 for a "fashion fix" by a person named *** that I don't even know who they are. *** definitely didn't touch my hair today. At least give your client a warning in advance that you will be charging for 2 braids. I would have just gone for my normal blow dry by India had I known. This experience puts me off from visiting the salon again.

To reiterate a 'rough dry' after a Technical service is complimentary. However, any other service which requires an appointment slot for one of our talented team to attend to a clients hair such as Blowdries, Cut&Blowdries or Braiding (Fashion Fixes) are understandably chargeable. Antonio gave me today a men's blow dry haircut that was perfect! It was exactly how i wanted it to be by showing him beforehand a picture from instagram. I had previously experienced the service of Suzie and Valerio and all of them are excellent!
