I live in Australia after many years of living in London, yet I still have my hair cut by Antonio at Toni and Guy Gloucester Road, while in London. Antonio always cuts my hair beautifully. Meticulous in detail and attentive from start to finish, I and my friends and colleagues are always impressed with the results. Gloucester Road branch is friendly, professional, efficient and never pretentious. Always a great experience.

Hi Tuesday I had my hair cut by the gorgeous Italian guy with all the lovely tattoos. I am very fussy when it comes to my hair. I found him to be very passionate and was very pleased with the end result.

I thought i shouldnt leave a feedback in the heat of the moment, as i believe in fairplay. I's been two weeks so far and.. going strong. Had such a long hair, he could have done anything out of it. But no, payed a small fortune and went to a senior "stylist" to have the worst haircut of my life. And i couldnt find a single person to disagree with me. Didnt straighten my thin, wavy, frizy hair, so he can feel its texture and do it justice. And so he didnt, took a total disregard in what i asked and turned me into the nightmare i'll look like for a good couple of months till it grows a bit longer. I wont be giving names out of respect for who recommended him to me. And let me tell you it took a lot of me not to. Never ever will i be back!

It is such a shame that you do not provide a name/contact number or have contacted us directly so that we could have attempted to rectify the issues that you have documented. As you can see from all the hugely positive reviews the salon receives we can assure that an experience such as yours is exceptionally uncommon. Completely disappointed with my cut. Usually Toni & Guy is my go to/reliable hairdresser for when I need a last minute cut however this time I was extremely disappointed. My entire appointment I was left feeling anxious of the outcome, the hairdresser made no effort to make me feel comfortable and at times I questioned his technique/ability as he had me standing most of the time while he was cutting - and I have never had to do this before. Throughout the entire appointment there was no conversation made. I am also not satisfied with the cut, the ends have been left very thin wispy. Next time I will be extremely cautious with choosing a hairdresser from Toni & Guy that I am not fimilar with.

Nice salon, friendly and helpful staff. Quite expensive when compared to other salons in the area for a blow dry. However i was very happy with my hair! Which is of course the most important aspect of my visit!

Visited T&G Glos Rd to colour my hair last week.

I drove up from Surrey where I live as only place I go for my hair.

Dan - the manager - did my colour again as his team were all with other clients

Outstanding end result as usual. Looked very natural!

I was so late my colourist had moved onto their next appointment.
