TONI&GUY Kensington opened in 1991 and has continued to flourish with success and creativity.

This multi-award winning team pride themselves on delivering the highest standards of customer service to each and every client. Members of our specialist Colour team hold the L’Oreal Colour Degree - their knowledge and expertise are on hand to advise you on the latest colours and techniques to suit your style.

As a salon, we are dedicated to providing the ultimate salon experience and offer a wide range of additional services including salon experts who specialise in Bridal and Occasion hair, and the Keratin Hair Straightening Treatment by INOAR for frizz free, and manageable hair.

Our wide range of retail products includes label.m, Kerastase, and Tangle Teezer to keep your hair salon perfect until your next visit. For any enquiries or to book an appointment please contact our friendly reception team who will be happy to help.

Booked a last minute appointment & experienced first class service from walking in the door to walking out again.
All staff were very friendly & courteous & more importantly, Rachel my hairdresser listened to me & cut my hair perfectly - really pleased with the finished cut & blow dry.

Unacceptable state of salon

The ongoing state & condition of this salon with incomplete building works is not pleasant, actually it is a disgrace. But today I visited the bathroom (which I seldom do) and the mould on the ceiling and the smell was disgusting. For a top salon this is not acceptable and clients should not have to put up with this.

Hello, we cannot apologise enough for the continued poor state of the salon and in particular the toilet that our leaking roof is causing . We have had several repairs made but still there is water coming from somewhere. We are hoping to have it resolved very soon and look forward to the salon being re-deorated back to the high standard we want to provide and clients expect If you would like speak our Manager Sarah to discuss this further please call on 020 7937 0030.

My experience started very well as the lady washing my hair was lovely and gentle, I almost fell asleep. The haircut was good, I felt It was a little rushed at the end and the rough dry before the blow dry was painful! I have a sensitive scalp so I normally expect some pain when people handle my hair but I really wish I said somthing because that alone left me aggravated enough to not want to go back.

Appointment started on time, relaxed athmosphere and good service. Had balayage done, looks good although I asked for ashy and it came out brown.

I had highlights by Sally Ann who really knows what she's doing, really lovely person, she's got great colouring experience and worked with me well, discussing what effect I wanted and I'm really pleased with the result.
Yuriko cut and styled my hair, she really listens and will not cut off more than you want. She is a great stylist and very friendly too.
Overall I had a lovely couple of hours in Kensington.

This was my second visit. The first was wonderful. I walked away happy with my hair style and in fact went back to the same person. This time I left a little disappointed. He didn't remember what we had done, and seemed to make little effort to find out. It doesn't make me wan to give them another go...
