Very good hairdresser who clearly takes pride in his work and never cuts corners. He always gives all his attention to cutting and styling and makes sure you love your hair.

I'm always satisfied with the haircut I get, very professional and always high quality. However, the receptionist team is not very friendly, I do not feel welcomed. That makes my experience mixed, because I like my hairdresser, but I leave confused.

The Manager is very friendly and remembers my name. My stylist was great and I was really happy with the result. The junior who shampood my hair wasn't very good and was quite rude when I asked her to rinse my hair properly. A blow dry is a big treat for me and I want it to last a couple of days.

Lovely welcome! Friendly and attentive staff who put you at ease. A hairdresser who listened and even better understood fine hair. Good advice . A fab haircut ! Who could ask for more?

After litteraly cutting my hair myself and making a terrible mess of it I run to Tony and Guy to get it sorted out. I had such a beautiful hair cut, the italian guy made a recovery miracle to my bad hair and I came out of there feeling very happy and pleased.

What a lovely person Ollie is, he is passionate about his work. He listened to what I wanted, he advised me on what would suit my colouring (face) and he was spot on! I am so pleased with the end result and have had so many compliments. He made the time pass so quickly with his lively conversation. I would strongly recommend him if you want beautifully highlighted hair and to leave the salon feeling on cloud 9.

I have been going to this T&G for over a decade. They are very helpful and extremely good at what they do. For many years now I have been have been booking Sunday appointments with Denise. She is really nice and is especially good at making suggestions and paying attention to detail. I will never change if I can.

The last time I cut my hair 10 days ago was very bad .

Chris and Phoebe take excellent care of me, cutting and colouring my hair according to my wishes and giving good advice. All the staff are welcoming and attentive.

great salon. I get given a lovely cup of tea on arrival, and I'm never made to wait. I also get a wonderful head massage after shampoo. And of course, the hair cut and blow dry is always very good. Chris, my stylist, knows what he is doing and I always listen to his advice and suggestions.

I have had Simone, cut my hair about 4 times now. I have never had a hairdresser who is anywhere nearly as good as him. He is brilliant at what he does very creative and takes his time.

Chris is extremely professional, listens carefully to his clients and is really interested in finding a solution to their hair problems. He is a very good communicator. He has given me an excellent cut.

I visit Phoebe at Kensington Toni and Guy once a month for a tint. She is very talented and adapts the colour according to the season - lighter in the summer etc. I always walk out loving the colour. The manager Sarah is superb too and recognises my voice when I phone to book and is always so friendly.

The decor is new and modern. However I've marked down cleanliness to 4 stars as they never seem to be able to fix the leaking around the skylight. Not a great view when you're getting you hair washed.

Really good vibe in the saloon, everything well discussed and explained for my colour and they nicely fit in a hair cut when I asked.
Would be good to ask if I were ok with the level i.e. cost of the person to cut my hair
