About us

TONI&GUY opened in London’s bustling Old Brompton road South Kensington in 2010. As a company owned salon run through Head Office we pride ourselves on delivering the highest standards of customer service.

South Kensington is home to Art Director, Sophie Springett who won Newcomer of the year 2015/2016, at the prestigious British Hairdressing awards also Academy Educator’s David Siero, Ian Phipps and Alex Mear who along with several of our stylists are in the TONI&GUY Session Team working on catwalk shows at London Fashion Week and photo shoots for national magazines epitomising the company’s ‘catwalk-to-client’ philosophy.

Our talented and passionate team of stylists and technicians are committed to ensuring your visit to TONI&GUY is the ultimate salon experience paying great attention to customer service, and on hand to give you expert advice and create hair that is individual and easy to live with, interpreting fashion trends with versatile wearable styles.

We also offer many additional services including, Bridal and Occasion hair, Nanokeratin Smoothing blow-dry and Hair Extensions.

Clients are welcome to seek the advice of our Strength in Style consultant Emma in association with Macmillan Cancer Support.

I had popped in for a wash and blow dry today. The service from booking the appointment, greeting, washing my hair, treatment and drying it was first class. Very attentive but peaceful. I left feeling relaxed, happy and with wonderful hair. Highly recommended.

The treatment on my hair was amazing and the cut on the rest of my hair is great but clearly cutting a fringe on fine hair was a step too far. It's too short thinned and there's a section that wasn't even looked at that looks very odd!

I only visited the South Kensington Toni & guy after finally tracking down the amazing Ian.. Ian had done my hair previously at his last T&G salon but after I stupidly hair cheated on him and had someone else do my hair and totally mess up my colour (not at a T&G salon) I knew I had to track him down for the fix it job!
Ian is worth every penny and every minute sat in the chair and if he's not done your colour before then you don't know what your missing! He's a truly professional artist and knows exactly what he's doing. Never again will I stray and have my hair pay the price.
I loved the South Kensington T&G salon as well, fabulous, friendly and really welcoming to me as a new client..
I will defo be back :)

Excellent. Very happy with my hair cut and style.
Also excellent advice about hair colour and glossing by technician.

Disappointed I wasn't offered and didn't receive a nice long head massage by person washing my hair; I'm used to this as standard in every hair salon I've been to. But otherwise a good wash and was treated well.

David (Spanish) hairdresser is always understanding and has a lovely warm approach. He understands fully how my hair is and needs to be cut. Often people get it wrong as it's so think.
The girl that shampooed my hair was lovely and gave a wonderful head massage with the correct pressures.
The only thing I will mention is that often when I come in I'm offered coffee but it never turns up!

Service was charming and professional. BUT, far too slow. Too much going around again and again on the same areas, sometimes with 4 different tools for the same area - no 4, no 3, trimmers and shaver! What a waste of time. Also he was not ready when I arrived so waiting time. I did not want a hair wash but they insisted to fill the time. You would do much better to do male haircuts twice as fast for £30 and make much more per hour. I will not return to TG for this reason.

I had appointment at 2pm today.
I was a bit in advance and the gentleman at reception. Said I could sit and wait. He came back 5 min later to say that the person to cut my hair would be 10 min late. 40 min later, I was still waiting.
It seems to appear that nobody mentioned that i had arrived and was waiting.
The hair cut is ok. And I got 15£ discount . The price of a sunny Saturday afternoon wasted while waiting.
I was not impressed with how this has been dealt with really.

Today I had the pleasure of visiting Toni&Guy South Kensington, where I had my hair cut by Andrea. From arriving in the salon I was greeted with a warm welcome at the reception desk. I was offered an array of magazines to read- along with a drink. I chose a cup of tea which was just what I needed. After finishing my tea I was gowned up ready for my hair cut and taken through to my seat. My stylist asked me what hair cut I wanted- I showed a few pictures and after chatting with Andrea we agreed on the best style for me. I was then off to have my hair washed which was an a lovely experience. I was offered another drink and Andrea began my haircut. The whole experience was lovely, efficient, professional and what an incredible result. Highly recommended and will be returning in the near future. Thank you to all at Toni&Guy South Kensington.

I think I had a trainee to wash my hair and he was very good and polite. I've been going to Toni and Guy South Ken for about 8 years and it was the first time I had this man cut my hair (I've forgotten his name). I'm a little disappointed because he wasn't as good as the last girl I had or Emma, who is my usual but off on maternity leave. He didn't seem to entirely listen and he didn't blow dry it how I asked. But usually Emma is wonderful. I also couldn't hear the music this time and it all seemed very rushed, which I don't usually feel. There were lots of people hanging around and it seemed overly busy.

I Have used Toni and Guy for quite a few years now I have had the same hairstylest her name Is Lisa who is excellent always happy and pleasantl with a nice smile very good with customers 10 out of 10.

TONI&GUY opened in London’s bustling Old Brompton road South Kensington in 2010. As a company owned salon run through Head Office we pride ourselves on delivering the highest standards of customer service.

South Kensington is home to Art Director, Sophie Springett who won Newcomer of the year 2015/2016, at the prestigious British Hairdressing awards also Academy Educator’s David Siero, Ian Phipps and Alex Mear who along with several of our stylists are in the TONI&GUY Session Team working on catwalk shows at London Fashion Week and photo shoots for national magazines epitomising the company’s ‘catwalk-to-client’ philosophy.

Our talented and passionate team of stylists and technicians are committed to ensuring your visit to TONI&GUY is the ultimate salon experience paying great attention to customer service, and on hand to give you expert advice and create hair that is individual and easy to live with, interpreting fashion trends with versatile wearable styles.

We also offer many additional services including, Bridal and Occasion hair, Nanokeratin Smoothing blow-dry and Hair Extensions.

Clients are welcome to seek the advice of our Strength in Style consultant Emma in association with Macmillan Cancer Support.
