The best place ever! Few days ago I made an online appointment to this salon hopping that paying more than usually for a haircut I will be happy about the result, many times I avoid cutting my hair because the result was disappointed. From the door I was received with a big smile, the atmosphere was welcomed, nice music, nice staff. After a girl washed my hair and gave me a relaxing head massage as well, Shelley attend me and gave me the haircut of my life. During the visit she made me feel really confident about the result, she gave advice how to
cut my hair to suit me better. I was so stressed because for years I was just keept my hair long tight up. I get a medium haircut, an amazing look, all people around me are just amazed how a haircut can change your look. Shelley did a great job, made me feel confident that still are places that can make customers happy. On top of this after few days I left a feedback to the shop that I can not manage to arrange my hair on one side that whatever I do my hair does not look the same as Shelley blow dry it. They just called me back, to give me advices, they took care to be happy about the service I get. That's just few companies that cares what is happening with customers after receiving the service, some companies does not even care if customer will came back or if left happy. They insisted for me to come back to give me advices, to see what they can do so I can be totally happy with the service. I went back and Shelley attend
me again and made a small adjustment to my hair for
me to be easier to keep it in a professional look with a minimum effort and all this without any charge, they made me to go back in future, I can
not wait my next haircut, I am more confident now, I can
not wait to try new haircuts by Shelley. Well done guys! A great team and a great place in Kingston! Thank you and can wait to see you next time!

The staff treat me really good from the moment I enter to the salon, really nice receptionist, really nice staff took care of me until Shelley could attend me. I am really happy how my hair looks now, it s a great cut, great skills, the haircut is easy to
take care of. I have just a small issue, I have a difficult hair and
now one side of hair looks longer than the other one, is not the way my hair was cut, it s just the way my hair stays after trying to
blow dry it. Shelley did a great job, my hair never looked so great, all my friends telling me that my hair looks amazing, just i will be interested to
know if for a smaller amount of money I can
correct my side of hair that looks longer than the other. I don't have any complaint, I m really happy about the cut i received, is just the way my hair stays, I m sure I m not doing a great job when I m trying to blow dry my hair

Colin is a master of his art with his professionalism and friendliness.

I have been having my hair coloured by Catia for several months now and would definitely recommend her and all the other staff at the Kingston branch. Catia really listens to what you want and is always happy to discuss any questions you may have. She always makes you feel that colouring your hair the exact way you want is extremely important to her. Would definitely recommend Catia and this salon.

Lucy the stylist was lovely, really helpful with good tips on what products I should use on my dry hair, she was efficient and gave a top notch hair cut. Also Ruby the style assistant was really great! She gave the best hair wash and massage I have ever had from a salon and she was really lovely to talk to! 10/10 customer service and haircut experience.

As always Catia was an expert in colouring my hair and giving me the best advise to keep it healthier for longer. Catia is so kind and nice, I love to chat with her but she also respects when you just want a quite moment of relaxation...She is the best stylist and the reason to pick this salon.
