Needed a salon close to my work, decided to take a chance and try Toni & guy, made an appointment with Nikos and am very impressed!, So happy with my hair ...found my new hairdresser at last!!

Nikos is just brilliant!

She has a good client manor, was good to chat too and clearly wants to do a good job. She washed my hair well and gave me a nice head massage but I'm afraid she has to develop her cutting technique. She cut too much off my Bob, it wasn't the same length on both sides, at the back bits hang down and it is just not right. I really feel she needs more training. I came in with a long Bob and wanted a bit taken off . Its not a hard style, but it must be straight and it wasn't. While I could see it was shorter than I wanted, I said it was nice because once its cut what's the point in complaining, but when I got home I saw how uneven it was etc. For the price I don't think it was worth it and won't be visiting your salon again. I think her name was ***** but I'm not 100%. My appointment was on 15th May at 6pm. I think this is a management issue. Shes very young and needs more experience. For this price it is not right to allow a young stylist to work with a total lack of supervision. I expected more from Toni and Guy.

My fourth haircut with Samuel and every time I leave the salon, I leave feeling upbeat. He always knows what’s best for me...and I honestly don’t know how I’ll hope when I leave the UK! I’ve never consistently used a hairdresser - but have returned to Samuel each time. He’s genuine, thoughtful and highly skilled.

I got just what I wanted. Samuel was very vocal about everything he was doing, so I was always aware of what transformation my hair was undergoing. He gave the best recommendations and gave a perfect hair cut! Will definitely come back to this place the next time I need a haircut.

My hair was dry damaged and dull, since December 2018 Nikos is looking after my hair, now I have a healthy looking hair + very nice hair cut.

Bradley is a good hairdresser and did a good cut. I will be back beginning of August as it will be just right to get hair levelled and definitely be asking for Bradley. The only thing I have not had hair blow dried for a number of years I use my hands and just dry it if I use a hair drier

Samuel was great. This was the first time he cut my hair and he did a fantastic job. He listened to what I had in mind and the gave his expert opinion and I am so happy with the result. I will be coming back.

I can just say that I’ve always had execelent results when it comes to Bradley. I’ve known him for more than 3 years and the reson I started coming to Baker street it’s that he recently moved there from the previous place I used to go to a while ago. He’s amazing, and has a very unique style. His attention to details is extraordinary.
But ,overall, all staff was very friendly and professional. Give it a go!

After making me feel ridiculous for asking for a fringe, the hairdresser completely ignored what I asked for, which was lots of layers and still left my hair quite big at the bottom. He had already decided what my hair should look like, no matter what I said. Instead of enjoying the feeling of walking out of the shop with a spring in my step, I tied my hair back as soon as I left the salon. I will not be returning to this salon. The other staff were lovely and welcoming and I can't fault them.

Nikos was amazing he gave me good hair tips and ensured he followed what I wanted but still did what was best for my hair. He showed me everything he used for my hair as he went along. Overall great service and friendly. Couldn’t fault him!

Great as always!

I ended up with a much shorter hairstyle and a fringe dispite having shown a picture where the length was kept and with no fringe in. I was the 2nd person that day to be unhappy and feel like they hadn’t been listened to. I honestly looked like an 80s scarecrow and I don’t know how anyone could have expected me to leave the salon looking like that. Thanks to Samuel for doing the best he could but I currently have my hair in lots of hairgrips as I hate the weight of hair on my face and had gone in specifically to rectify from a previous hair cut choice and explained that. There is nothing to do but grow it out.

I wanted I scissors cut but got a clippers cut. That was disappointing. There’s always some issues on the sides for me with clippers which I can notice after this cut. For the price I had assumed it would be a scissor cut.
