Excellent haircut as always!!

Nikos was so good and professional. He actually listened to what I wanted, kept checking throughout if enough was off and letting me see the back throughout. He took the time and attention to cut and teaching me about what he was doing. The blow dry is the best I’ve had! My hair feels so healthy and I have walked away with the beachy wavy look! Very happy and will be returning! Thank you!

Nikos is really good at cutting short straight hair. You’d think that’s what all stylists should be able to do but from my experience it’s not always the case. So I do recommend Nikos highly.

Awesome experience at T&G Baker Street. Colour by Flo is lovely and expertly done, my cut by Samuel is so great - he explained every step and actually understood my type if hair and what works.

A very relaxing salon and Bradley did a grand job with my tired hair.

I have very straight hair and it’s not always easy to find a stylist who knows how to cut it well. Nikos has cut my hair on two occasions and both times has done excellently.

My hair cut has been the worst experience I have ever had. I was cut far too short from what I wanted and on the right hand side of my head hair was much longer than the other about 5-7 cm! What a terrible hair cut. I could have done better myself !

All fine. Unfortunately due to unavoidable circumstances I was about 12 minutes late. Gloria was very accommodating about that.

As always,she is simply the best, knowing exactly what I want and what would suit me! She is a mega professional hair artist with awesome personality! Pleasure every time!

Gloria is excellent a wonderful hairdresser and a warm and welcoming person. I think Tony and guy are incredibly lucky to have someone as talented as her working for them as i am to have her do my hair.

After my hairdresser left I had to choose another so I went for the most senior person and I walked out with Jim Carrey's Dumb and Dumber haircut.
Without a hairwash (so my hair was everywhere on my office clothes) the guy started on me with a clipper. When asked if he could use the scissors instead I got large strokes with it on the sides, powerful/aggressive moves, comb in my eye twice,, forcing me to turn and keep my head in unnatural position s. No questions or feedback.
Then we went to the hairwash where I gut the same headbanging force then left with some burning stuff and a hot towel on my head without a word. I suppose it was menthol or agent like that. Minutes passed and the guy came back, washing my hair twice more and then in what I think was to be a massage caressed my head for a while.
After this spent like 5 mins on the top of my head, some more with the sides, meanwhile scrubbing my face with a rough brush.
To be fair I've shown photos of my hair and he tried to check the pictures a couple times but the whole experience and the result re awful. The top and sides of my hair not connected, stick up, the sides too short and not balanced, plus at the end a wax(?) which made my not so much hair stick down greasily.
I'll never return to Toni and Guy after sticking to them for 15 straight years.

Gloria is fantastic, she is always polite and friendly, always smiling and always very attentive. I usually get my hair hi-lighted will th her but today I had just a haircut. Gloria always does a brilliant job and I always leave extremely happy.

I would definitely recommend Toni & Guy on Baker Street and I especially recommend Gloria, she is wonderful.

It’s the first time that I go to a T&G and have such a bad experience. I had to wait 20 minutes for my appointment to start which is unacceptable. I was there because I’m attending a wedding and this made me quite late. I also had booked my appointment with the stylist director and ended up being hair dressed by someone else who was extremely nice but didnt seem quite as professional. I wont come back again as i honestly feel that I’ve been ripped off and wasted my time more than anything.
Also had an appointment to do my nails downstairs and very honestly the service provided is mediocre compared to the standards I expected.

I done my hair as usual at Baker Street because I like how Flo and Stefano work together to make me feel beautiful. I’m really sad that Stefano is leaving , is really good and he know what I like for my hair. Good bye . All the customer is going to miss you!!!
