I have thick, unruly hair and have always dreamt of having a bob. I tried it once and my hair just stuck out like a Christmas tree. No other hair stylists would give me a job as they always said it wouldn’t suit my hair.

Enter Stefano.

Stefano was committed to HOW. He used a very creative was to ensure my bob fell in the right way and was under control. Because of him and his creativity and problem solving, I now have the hair I always wanted.

When I first met Flo, I was coming out of a bad balayage that left my hair looking flat. Flo got my hair back on the right track, both in terms of health and beauty. She is very diligent and patient in order to get the best result. And it is always such a pleasure to come I. To speak with her. It feels like catching up with an old friend.

I went for a curly blowdry. The stylist was lovely but she was very average at doing a blowdry. I did complain at reception and another girl tried to fix it. She left fuzzy parts in my hair. She just wasn’t very good and curly the hair with brushes and just not experienced enough.

Flo was great from start to finish - she knew exactly how I wanted my hair and well exceeded my expectations! I was well looked after by the rest of the team in terms of refreshments and magazines too :) Overall I’m very happy with how my hair turned out and it feels amazing! I will definitely be recommending this to my friends and family.

Helpful, kind and extremely motivated

Stefano did a wonderful cut and blow dry for me for a white tie event the same evening. Hair held all night and I love my new haircut.

I booked through the Toni and Guy website which informed me my 40 minute blow dry would cost £35. I was then charged £45 which I found really unprofessional and off putting. ***** was nice and my blow dry was OK (in fact he used tongs to curl it which i could have done myself. And some bits didn't curl properly which left both sides looking uneven). ***** also seemed quite rushed and kept saying he was doing things to save time, because I told him that I must stick to the 40 minutes which was stated on the booking form. As that was the agreed time before booking, it should be possible to finish comfortably in that time slot. I definitely wouldn't have wanted to pay £45.

There are no surprises with Stefano: he tells you upfront what and why he's planning to do, and there's continuous feedback during. He was engaged, pro but friendly, just as everyone else in the salon.

Stefano is one if those rare stylists who listens and understands. I ve never come out from a session with him thinking anything than "this is exactly what i wanted and i look great". Thoroughly recommend.

Great service and professionalism, you feel welcomed even if you’re not a regular salon attendee...

I’ve had about 4 appointments with Stefano over the past 7 months. Stefano is the definition of a great hairdresser: someone who will ask questions to understand your taste and level of hair maintenance you’re willing to do, and then offer his own professional advice on what will suit your hair and your needs. He understands that everyone’s hair behaves slightly differently, so will tell you if a particular style simply won’t work with your hair. He communicates well and will be honest if he’s unsure about how something is going to look - then recommend what to do and ask for your opinion. On top of that he’s always friendly and cheerful to talk to.

I asked ***** to clean up my hair by removing volume in the back and leaving the front same length. I really stressed out that I liked my long fringe and that I did not want that to be shortened. In the end I found my self with no hair in my front and this morning looking at the mirror has been very very hard. I cannot recognise myself and I am extremely not satisfied with this hair cut. I wanted to leave yesterday so many times but I forced myself to not make a scene and just pretend everything was ok. Unfortunately my face showed it was not the case and even ***** noticed. He was nice but I cannot accept that my only request was not taken in consideration just because the style or the idea he had for my head did not include the long part in the front.

I am so happy that I have found Stefano, he is a real professional and a great person! Will definitely recommend him to all my friends!

Gloria is amazing at her job. She is honest and reliable. Always makes my hair look amazing.

At first I was happy it looked nice because it was curled but as soon as my hair went back to normal I realised my hair isn’t even layered and I still look the same as before. Nikki was so so nice and friendly but I’m just not happy with the result I look the same and feel like I wasted my money. Nikki was great though.

I was made to feel comfortable from star to finish. Super friendly staff and very welcoming! Such a lovely team and they set a very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Stefano was so professional and made me feel at ease. Knew exactly what he was doing and was brilliant! 100% coming back here for my haircut again!!!

She is the best, always knows and feels how I would like my hair to look, and I have extensions too which can be quite challenging, but Gloria is amazing and cuts and colours them perfectly, I am fallowing her from one salon to another for a couple of years now cuz I never came across anybody better than her !!!
