Haley as usual is so professional.
I have been going to Tony and Guy Marylebone for probably 15 years now with various stylists all of which have been good but Haley I must say is great,
the best of all. Please look after her otherwise my golden locks will be golden no longer.

We worked out this afternoon that Cat has been cutting my hair now for 10 years , with the two maternity breaks in between which were very well covered. Always great to catch up with her and always a great service from the rest of the team there. Wouldn't go anywhere else

I have been coming to Sam for hightlights for about a year. She is so good at knowing what I want and it's always a delight to chat to her whilst she does the colour. She is a perfectionist and that suits me down to the ground. My colour is done so well and it lasts a long time. I would highly recommend this salon. Everyone is so friendly!

I have been going to this Salon (pre wigmore) for the last 13 years - Ashley and his staff are always Polite and Professional - Ashley always listens to what I want and has even suggested excellent ideas to change my style - I wouldn't want to go anywhere else! This is the best Toni and Guy in the U.K. ever!

I've been to tony and guy salon one week ago,
I've asked to layer my hair, from shot at the front, but not too widely until the back.
Now I have half of the hair layered, which I don't like, and they are really difficult to handle (curled of straight).
At least in the length they are still how I wanted them.
That's why I'm sorry to say, good, but not amazing, surely not for the prices you charge.

I had my hair cut for the first time with *******. I arrived on time for my appointment and was greeted promptly. The service appeared fine until the next appointment arrived; after that, ******* rushed to complete my hair cut and in fact did the complete opposite to what I had asked for. When I said I wasn't happy, he then replied that it was the length of the cut that I had requested. Io went to pay however was then rudely told that the hair cut would now cost £75 as ****** had recently been promoted to a Director. I explained that I was not made aware of this and that this should have been mentioned when I booked the appointment, the previous day! They honoured my request to pay at the style director rate, and when I proceeded to show my student card,they both the receptionist and ******* said that they couldn't accept it. After I insisted, the receptionist called the manager who said that it was completely fine to accept. There was no apology from the receptionist but just a comment 'I am new'. Needless to say, I will not return to Toni and guy. An absolutely awful service.

Having been a regular with Cat for many, many years, what can I say...always great service from the whole team and obviously a great haircut and chat with Cat.
