As a salon we pride ourselves on delivering the highest standards of customer service to each and every client.

Our talented team of stylists and technicians are on hand to give you expert advice and create hair that is individual and easy to live with, interpreting fashion trends with versatile wearable styles.

Members of our salon are part of the TONI&GUY Session Team and have worked alongside the International Artistic Team on catwalk shows at London Fashion Week, bringing the latest trends from the catwalk to our clients.

Members of our Colour team hold the prestigious L’Oreal Colour Degree- their knowledge and expertise are on hand to advise you on the latest colours and techniques.

We offer many additional services including Bridal and Occasion hair and the NanoKeratin Smoothing blow-dry.

Our wide range of haircare products include label.m, GHD, Tangle Teezer to keep your hair salon perfect until your next visit.

I was left with an uneven cut and a wet back. Definitely not what I expected for £60 and from a “senior” stylist.

In addition, I was asked five times if I wanted a beverage, twice ordered a cappuccino, and the only thing staff seemed able to procure was a cup of water.

Paid £38 for my hair to just be curled not even washed, all fell out straight away and was very flat, lovely lady just not a great hair curls

Following Elsa Guichard departure from Toni and Guy a few months ago I have been trying out other Toni and Guy hairdressers. At last I have found a stylist that ranks alongside Elsa. Jodie was fantastic. She offered advice and knows intuitively exactly what I wanted. She is a star! In fact the whole service from booking the appointment, hair wash, coffee and cut was excellent. My first visit and I was made to feel at home!! Well done to the whole team and especially Jodie!!

Worst haircut EVER

I never take the time to leave reviews and the staff were very friendly but I was so disappointed with my cut. I had a newly trained young girl who was suepr polite and friendly but had me stand the whole time as she was cutting my hair. I asked for some layering and she cut my hair in a staight line. As she blowdried my hair she kept yanking it with the brush. She was clearly very young and newly trained but this was unacceptable. Avoid.

Great haircut but I am not sure I got the name of the Gentleman who cut my hair. He was Italian. Great cut and despite the road being constantly dig up outside the staff were fabulous. I normally go to T&G in Bath but needed hair cut desperately. And the guys in London did a great job. Many thanks.
