amazing service! had my hair done at toni and guy wigmore street and i was really pleased, the cut and blow dry was exactly what i wanted and more the service was superb. ashley made me feel really special and gave me a really good advice on how to look after my hair.

I have visited 3 Toni and Guys over the last several months. Brent Cross, Covent Garden and yesterday Bond Street. The experience has been he same!!! Good technical expertise when it comes to coloring and cut, but the welcome and service are horrendous. This is a premium brand and premium should equate to superior service. You re clearly cutting costs when it comes to support staff, because they have an attitude. The girl at the reception yesterday questioned whether prof I had an appointment, despite the fact that I had an SMS confirmation.

I am so grateful to you for your help today with my ‘hair emergency’ as always I left the salon delighted with the hair colour. Thank you!

Lele is a great professional, master of colouring techniques, who knows which colour to select for your hair and how to apply it so that it looks natural. I strongly recommend you to do your hair with Lele.

You need to change your white covers! They are not water resistant! My jumper was super wet at the back and around my neck... as a result, I was having backache by the time I got home as the weather was super cold!!!!! I never had experienced this before in any other salon!!! Those covers are not for this purpose and you are affecting the customer’s health!!! Unfortunately I can’t remeber the name of the person who cut my hair today but she was great! However, because of the quality of the covers and it’s result on me, I was super disappointed!!

Ashley is top-notch Art Director, running TONI&GUY Wigmore Street he is a continuous inspiration to the whole salon team.

Being a client of his for more than four years now I can surely say that he is the best Art Director in the UK and beyond its borders. During those years he created dozens of one of a kind hairstyles that remained iconic and unique at all times.

Ashley normally is great, he has been doing my hsir for years and years, but this afternoon was definitely a rush job whilst another customer was waiting - my hair was pulled at times, drier temperature way too hot at times, cutting not done carefully - had to direct .... have seen better; was done really quickly and still charged full price of £80, hope next time is per the normal much better service.

Cut was ok nothing exceptional so how can you justify the charge of £80? I was in the chair 20 mins max. Not worth that sorry!

Shabana was excellent in giving me great advice when I explained Canary Wharf provided incorrect colour in my hair. Shabana was due to leave for the day but she still provided excellent service and stayed little bit after the normal time for her. Shabana and sammy are a great team.

Sammy and Shabana were wonderful. I was lucky to have the advice from both after Canary Wharf salon coloured my hair in the incorrect colour. Sammy did my colour and I was super pleased. Thank you.

The haircut was very nice. There is nothing to say but it would be better if can wash the hair after as well.

Had a fantastic wash, cut and dry by Daigan. Left really pleased with the style.

Best hairdresser. Never a bad hair day in twelve years. Lele wonderful too. You should be able to name two people above !!!

Just so we are clear- I rarely ever leave reviews but I walked out yesterday and said to my partner that it was the worst haircut I think i’ve had in 5/6 years. And certainly the worst from Toni and guy. I Had a newly trained young girl, but I can’t remember her name. She was very sweet and a lovely girl. No bad review there. But the cut was dreadful..

Lele is kind professional and amazing in his job. Even when he blow dry my hair in 5 minutes styles my hair beautifully!

Such a great experience at the Toni & Guy Wigmore St. The best branch I've been to. Very friendly attentive staff and a really great hair cut- exactly how I wanted it. So so pleased with the result, will defiantly go back next time!

Excellent as always

Needed a haircut on the quick.
Wasn’t sure about paying top dollar, only top style director available. Just managed to scrape in as last customer on Sunday evening.

I had just walked out of Ruffians across the road - with their initial talk of no 3 clipper cut on the sides with clipper fades around the back and suggesting not washing hair first. I only ever want a 100% skilled scissor cut!

To be honest I wasn’t sure how my cut would turn out with Orlando as I hadn’t seen my hair attacked with such gusto or in quite the same way he went about his cutting - from all angles and all directions!
I’m a bit thin on top these days and thick on the sides.

Orlando explained it needs balancing out and with this cut I will be able to push my hair around as mood or occasion suits.

Once finished and shown the back with the hand mirror I said jolly good as you do!

But I still wasn’t sure as I inspected the result in front of the mirror and attempted various adjustments. I think my hair was not used to laying in a different way and/or maybe I was struggling to accept the different look.

With that I said thank you again to all the friendly staff and I was away.

After showering the next morning and letting my hair dry naturally I added a small dab of styling paste and hey presto!
Done and dusted!

Short, sharp, smart!

Orlando was right, my new cut does what it says on the tin!

I just needed to do my own thing with it and it now looks spot on!

It was amazing experience. It is my first time here and Danilo was amasing stylist he understands what I want exactly. Sure is not gonna be my last time here.

Not been able to visit Orlando in a while, for me no one has his talent and ability to rejuvenate and the hair washer provided a superbly relaxing head massage too. Wonderful !

I had a full head of highlights, a trim and blow dry, My stylist was very reassuring - I don't usually do much with my hair so feeling like I was in safe, experienced hands was so appreciated! I left the salon with the exact look I was hoping for - thank you! :)
