lways delighted with the colour applied by Lele. A very professional hair colourist who makes each customer feel welcome and treated as an individual. I highly recommend him and his team. The team at Toni and Guy Wigmore Street are all excellent, friendly and customer service oriented.

I hadn’t booked an appointment so it was a stroke of luck that there was space for me and I only had a five minutes to wait. I normally hate getting my hair done but Sammy was so obliging, engaging and bright that it was a pleasure. She did a great job and I’m so pleased with the results. I mentioned that the last colour my local salon used wasn’t quite right and she tweaked it a bit and it’s bang on.

Re the salon itself- Only thing I would criticise is that there was quite a lot of hair on the floor on the stairs going down to the toilet. Occupational hazard I’m sure but it just struck me that it didn’t look great.

Lele is a great guy and excellent with hair colour. I would not have anyone else to colour my hair.

Had been to the salon before 2-3 weeks ago and was NOT happy with the haircut done by another senior stylist,it just looked like nothing had been done. YOSHI my usual stylist was away. So went back to her and had my hair restyled. ... fantastic cut and easy to manage.

Daigen was lovely- I work locally so asked for 10% discount but as the transaction went through receptionist would not refund?

Really disappointed with the result considering the price of the service. I would get rid of the plastics water cups and disposable towel, it makes the salon feel cheap. Hopefully not all your salons are like this. I would not recommend

The best haircut I've ever had! Jodie was really helpful and I couldn't be happier with the result, my hair is super soft and I've gotten lots of compliments on my new style already! Would definitely recommend this salon.

Hadn’t had my hair cut for a few months so it was a mess. Then found out my previous stylist had moved on - eek! But the stylist I booked in with, Danilo, gave me a great cut. He really listened as I explained my hair woes, and then he cut accordingly. Two days later I am still happy.

The blow dry was a disaster. After I left my hair was all frizzy and looked like as if I didn’t have a proper blow dry.

i had a last minute need to have an urgent trim to make my hair look good for a friday night out. I popped in and they managed to fit me in politely and arranged for a trim and wash

I have arrived and was immediately told my stylist called in sick and gentleman at the reception will cut my hair. He didn't offer to put my coat away and I was the only person in the room who was not offered a drink. Whole experience was awkward at best, he did not make any effort to engage and walked off 4 times during hair cutting for a chat with colleagues. I kept brushing cut hair off myself and looking at him but he did not get a hint and by the end of it there was more hair stuck to my face than on the floor. To top it off he asked me to pay £65 for the 'experience' even though he knew I booked a £52 junior stylist. Fourth or fifth visit to T&G and certainly last one. Whole experience comparable to £10 cut at some dinky barber so why pay more ?

Great team, loved my hair, cut by the manager, been coming here for 10 years, always on point.

Toni & Guy has the best colourists and stylists and I'm always very impressed by the experience.

However, the salon seems to be poorly managed at the moment (I've been going for years). Dirtier than I'd like (no cleaning the hair on the floor in a timely fashion etc), not well organised (clearly not enough staff on shift and not anticipating big annual events like Eid means more female stylists needed). When I went the card machine wasn't working and the manager didn't seem to be doing anything to solve that. It was very frustrating for a lot of customers.
