Went in for a treatment and blow dry. I was squeezed in last minute which was great and the blow dry was one of the best I've ever had!

Excellent service all round

I came to your Wigmore Street salon for a colour (with Sam) and a cut (with Danilo). I am always very nervous about meeting new technicians and stylists but both were extremely professional from start to finish. I thoroughly enjoyed being in the salon. My hair looks incredible! The colour is so natural and the cut is extremely flattering. I am certainly looking forward to my next appointments with my new "dream team".

Bradley is very talented and a lovely guy. He really listens to what you'd like, offers advice and cuts your hair beautifully. My hair holds its shape with minimal styling which I love.

Having previusly had a particular hairdresser at this branch, when I found out she'd left I specifically asked the receptionist for a new hairdresser who had experience cutting curly hair. She was very vague and unhelpful on the phone. The hairdresser I ended up with was pleasant but he it was clear he had no idea how to cut curly hair. I wanted a trim, shaping and specifically described I wanted the hair cut into to make it lighter around the top. I have left with heavy shapeless hair that was worse than before. It is the opposite of what I wanted and I'm really disappointed. This haircut was very expensive and a total waste of time and money. I won't be returning to Toni and guy as I feel that standards have really slipped.

I think that Bradley is a superb hair stylist. Once again, he cut my hair and left it looking very good indeed. He is excellent.

I went in having had a very poor colour done at a previous hairdresser the weekend before. I was really upset about it and unsure how best to get it looking more natural again. The hairdresser was so patient and helpful and explained exactly what she was doing. I left with a great new colour that really suited me- feeling confident to wear my hair down again! Thank you!

As always Shabana totally nails what I wanted. Also quick efficient and no waiting about. I would recommend her to anyone who wants their colour done.

The salon is busy without being frenetic which is why I enjoy going there.

Terrible haircut, completely uneven.

I had to go to another salon to get it fixed, they suggested I should have got a refund.

I have been using Toni & Guy for years and Toni and Guy in Wigmore Street for about six months and it's the best experience I've had in years at the hairdressers. Know what suits me from a hair perspective as well as being warm, friendly and lovely people. It's always a moment of oasis in my day.
