I have been to this salon for years and would go nowhere else. I have been stopped and asked where I have my hair cut and also been told my hair has a beautiful cut by random people as well as friends.

After reading about the hairdresser Kevin at John Friedas Mayfair salon i have been having my hair cut by the wonderful Kevin for over 25;years,, as I got older my hair colour started to fade so Kevin recommended the colourist Cetera, she is a miracle worker. Ensuring my hair always looks glossy and natural. Thankyou both.

Kimi is s bery good hairdresser and her cuts keep their shape forever. The other staff at the salon are all very professional and everything is done with a minimum of fuss. The location is excellent for everything that makes Lomdon a great city. Mostly I lile Johm Frieda because the cit you het is always stylish and perfectly done

As usual very polite and professional service and wonderful skills from Jake who is a great hairdresser.

Excellent hair cut

Train, traffic & rain all conspired against me to get to my London hair appointment on time.
Ran the last 15mins, and was still 1/2 hour late. And THAT in their pre-Xmas busy season - yet they fit me in! Grace, the excellent junior of Jo saved the day. And no (justified!) telling off from lovely Jo.
As always, very happy with my hair as well as their Christmas spirit of kindness x

The staff are so warm and accommodating. Aaron who colours my hair is truly committed to his craft and won’t give up till I’m happy.

I first had my hair done at John Frieda at The Ritz in the 1980s when Darren was a junior.That’s how old I am.This time I returned to the Aldford Street salon after five years and there were a few familiar faces to greet me.It felt like going home! After a difficult year I needed a boost and thanks to the expertise and professionalism of Philippa and Jake I turned out looking like one of Charlie’s Angels! Lou gave me a wonderful relaxing head massage and thanks to Ronnie for buying lunch! I won’t leave it so long next time; a lovely few hours of R&R.

I’ve been a customer for around 10 year. Sam colours my hair and Jake cuts. The atmosphere is friendly, I have great relationships with both Sam and Jake. Whilst they are both exceptionally talented and professional, it feels like I am having my hair cut with friends. My husband also has his hair cut with Jake. Not only do we highly recommend a visit but we simply would not go any where else.
