Emma is always perfect: friendly ,efficient, helpful and an absolute professional. I have been with Emma for many years and always feel she offers me brilliant service. I walk in the salon tired and stressed and walk out feeling much younger and full of energy!

Saira is professional and takes great care, when styling my hair. I have fine hair and she knows exactly what to do, to give my hair a fuller look

After having a very bad experience with my colour at another salon I was looking for a salon to rectify it. I was very happy with Emma, after a consultation Emma told me about the options available to me, and was able to do an excellent job on my highlights. She was friendly and attentive and I would highly recommend her and the salon.again.

After a bad experience in a previous salon I was looking for a salon that would be able to provide me with a better standard of service. Well I wasn’t disappointed. Everyone was very friendly and attentive and Amber was extremely professional and I would highly recommend the salon and will definitely be going back again.

I have been coming to the Salon at Mill Hill for many years. Today Emma (The Manager) did my highlights and as always was top notch, and Suki (the best stylist at the HOB - Mill Hill branch cut and blow-dried my hair. Amber is also a fantastic junior and so is Lily. I always look forward to my Saturdays at the hairdresser's.

Emma was as always amazing and her advise to book in again after a few weeks in the sun plays havoc with my colour.

I have been to Yasmin twice, she is a great cutter and stylist. She blow dries very well, and listens to the client about what they would like, and gives great tips and advice. I like the fact that she does not push other services that the company does, as I find this can be off putting. I would strongly recommend her to anybody who needed to get their haircut.

After years of watching Amber train as a junior I had my first blow dry last week with her , she was so professional so friendly and gave me a fantastic blow dry ! We definitely come back to see her ..

I told her I wanted about an inch off, but that I wanted the same style (suki had styled it the last 2 times, but unfortunately was off with knee replacement)
***** explained my fringe was wrongly cut and needed correcting.
I said I wanted the layer kept and dried under, and the length flicked up in style.
She had strong opinions and explained what she was going to do-in the end I left it to her as she was so confident!
(She had blow dried it before a year ago very well when Steven could only cut it)
It is now 4 1/2 weeks later and I can JUST ABOUT manage it.
There were too many layers-not great for my curly frizzy hair.
The length was too short so my requested style cannot be attained by me.
It is VERY UNEVEN
It looked lovely when I left and ***** took lots of care with the blow drying.
She is a lovely girl and I guessed she just got carried away!

Elijah cut my son’s hair. He was incredibly attentive to his needs and made him feel so special and cared for. My son struggles with his curly hair and has experienced bullying as a result of looking different to his peers. Elijah has helped develop his confidence and self esteem whilst at the same time giving him a great haircut!

I went to pay for my £20 same day blowdry. I was charged £30 because GHDs where used. No one mentioned this when I booked or whilst I was having my hair done. It’s not about the money,. This should of been said at the the time of booking. It’s misleading.

I came into HOB yesterday with horrible gold hair that I had done elsewhere (big mistake!). Emma checked my hair through and was very honest as she knew exactly what I wanted. She told me that I’d need to come back a few times before she could get it really blonde again but managed to get it back to blonde in one session! I absolutely love my hair and it’s a huge improvement to what I had before. Throughout my appointment she kept a close eye on my hair to make sure the colour and condition was ok. Im really happy with the result and know it will be even blonder next time I go back.

I had a lovely relaxing experience, staff are all friendly. Yasmin as always a really lovely friendly person. Who listens to what you want and does just that. Perfect

Everything was fine for colouring & Haircut from Jonathan & Elijah (the debutant) and even for once no waiting time which had been the norm in previous visits - David

Had my colour done by Emma and my cut by Saira. Both were amazing as usual.

Emma’s colouring skills are excellent,and Vera’s cut and blow dry were excellent

Sadly very unhappy .Arrived with hair freshly washed and blow dried straight in order to discuss having toner applied (rang earlier to arrange this and arrived early as advised in order to do this) when I arrived Emma my stylist advised not to have toner as would dull colour although she stressed she was not a colourist so really unable to give advice I asked to see a colourist but nobody available . I also requested to see a colour chart as was considering having highlights on future visit as toner did not appear to be an option but was told there was none in the salon !
The treatment I had booked was cut and blow dry with body . Stylist said she would first need to wash hair I explained I had just washed and blow dried it but she said needed to wash it in order to cut I therefore assumed she would be cutting it wet after washing she proceeded to blow dry straight I queried this explains I was wanted gaur blow dried under and given some body but she said it needed to be straight to cut it and because if this would be unable to blow dry under or with body !! Really did not understand why she hadn’t cut it on arrival and then washed and blow dried afterwards .she also said she would get colourist to speak to me when she was free but she failed to do this .
