I am very happy with my haircut done by Monica.

The haircut was awful. The stylist couldn’t go down to the grade I wanted, she used clippers aggressively which was very uncomfortable and did the same with a hard brush. To be honest, I just wanted to leave as quickly as possible because of how poor the cut was. I won’t be returning.

Unfortunately, that was the worst experience ever I’ve got for the haircut.
In general, I’m easy and this is only the hair and it will grow eventually.
I don’t remember hairdresser introducing herself, therefore, can’t choose the name.
The way she did the job was very bad. All I needed was to trim my fringe and back, nothing fancy, but she did not managed to cut it straight, the comb stroke was very harsh, the scissors slid on my neck’s skin until snipped. The protective gown was not closed tight on the back and all hair that was cut fell under my shirt. I left salon very disappointed.

I love my haircut but was very disappointed at the price rise to £51. Also lucky enough I didn’t wear the special COVID covers. I wasn’t told that was also extra till I paid for my hair cut. I am a older lady.

So satisfied with my haircut. I don’t remember the name of the hairdresser but he was a gentleman, he listened attentively to what I wanted and did even kept asking during cutting if I was happy. Super happy with my haircut.

Had my first haircut from Stephen since lock down and extremely satisfied with the service and that nothing has slipped due to Covid.

Yasmin Is definitely one of the best stylists at mill hill she always goes the extra mile to make sure my hair is perfect and really cares about her work

Saira is true professional In her field.. The way she cuts my hair is a work of art which is why I have stayed loyal to her

Went to hobs mill hill very skeptical as I was advised before my visit that my long standing stylist Mario was no longer there. Mario was truly brilliant, and would be greatly missed.

Emma was fabulous! Gave me my dream colour!

Steven did a great job in turning my hair from a frizzy haystack into silky smooth! A wonderful 3 hour transformation! Lots of compliments when I got home.

Emma and Saira were both very warm and friendly and efficient. As was the shampooist.
Sad to see that the salon was not busy due to the current pandemic.

My before picture of my hair makes me cringe. Hard! Lucy was brilliant, with no judgement of how bad my hair was and got to work. I love my hair and have ready booked in my next appointment

I have not been to Lucy before. I saw her on 4 July when my hair was a strange colour. She got the colour right and it immediately looked amazing

Always fantastic with Yasmin. One of the best and such a credit to your salon. Fab stylist and a beautiful person. Very hard working and diligent and cares about what her customers want and like.

Thanks for cutting my kids hair. It was long awaited after lockdown and the kids had a great time. My eldest came out with glossy smooth hair and my younger one with a cute plait. Happy all round.
