Lucy transformed my daffodil blonde accident which was the result of a university prank to an amazing shade of platinum blonde. I love it she certainly took the challenge head on! Looks so cool my new look is pure ice man.

I had the loveliest experience at hob mill hill.
The receptionist that welcomed me was so friendly then amber cut my hair a done exactly what I asked for I have alopecia so coming to the hairdressers I can get really embarrassed but amber made me feel soo comfortable. I look forward to coming back soon.

I've been going to hob for over 6 years, I really love the whole salon experience at Hob from the greeting from the lovely grace to the friendly chats with all the other staff, I leave my amazing colourist Emma W to just get on with my colour she knows exactly what I want , and years of fabulous blow drys with little Emma and since she has gone on maternity leave Yasmin or Monica , seeing amber grow from junior to Busy stylist and not forgetting an amazing hair wash and head massage with Lilly or Megan .
Been going to hob in Mill Hill for years and never had a bad word to say about them. Always professional and welcoming, with really skillful hairdressers

Yasmin was lovely! I was a bit nervous as usually have my hair cut by someone else but she made me feel at ease. Also loved my new haircut!

The haircut was awful. The stylist couldn’t go down to the grade I wanted, she used clippers aggressively which was very uncomfortable and did the same with a hard brush. To be honest, I just wanted to leave as quickly as possible because of how poor the cut was. I won’t be returning.

Unfortunately, that was the worst experience ever I’ve got for the haircut.
In general, I’m easy and this is only the hair and it will grow eventually.
I don’t remember hairdresser introducing herself, therefore, can’t choose the name.
The way she did the job was very bad. All I needed was to trim my fringe and back, nothing fancy, but she did not managed to cut it straight, the comb stroke was very harsh, the scissors slid on my neck’s skin until snipped. The protective gown was not closed tight on the back and all hair that was cut fell under my shirt. I left salon very disappointed.

I love my haircut but was very disappointed at the price rise to £51. Also lucky enough I didn’t wear the special COVID covers. I wasn’t told that was also extra till I paid for my hair cut. I am a older lady.
So satisfied with my haircut. I don’t remember the name of the hairdresser but he was a gentleman, he listened attentively to what I wanted and did even kept asking during cutting if I was happy. Super happy with my haircut.
Had my first haircut from Stephen since lock down and extremely satisfied with the service and that nothing has slipped due to Covid.
Yasmin Is definitely one of the best stylists at mill hill she always goes the extra mile to make sure my hair is perfect and really cares about her work
