Receptionist get talking over the hairdresser shouting- making the hairdresser uncomfortable- so therefore made my hairdresser nervous -went to pay My bill the receptionist took my bill very abruptly. And was rude. Made ny experience uncomfortable. Won’t be coming back
I’ve used to be a client of Maureen’s and Kerry and Louise cut my hair, l feel the receptionist is absolutely rude, she has no warmth she’s very ignorant. shes not a good advert for the business at all . I feel I will not be coming back to the salon again, I have friends That come to millimetres as well they also feel the same. Such a shame been coming to the salon for 26 years.
The salon itself has gone down hill, always looks untidy never looks clean the staff look over worked ; which makes the morale very down everyone seems to be doing 3 jobs in one go . Such a shame.
