I went to this salon for tape extensions and a blowdry, and they didn't disappoint. It's been 2 weeks and my tapes are still firmly on. I will come back to get them redone because I enjoyed my experience. Thank you Fatma!!!

Staff are good. I am very disappointed in regards of prices changed after I did everything . I went one Saturday and I was charge £95 and we were agreed to do more the following week taking an appointment, before I left I asked how much will be the price for the next appointment and I was told between £60 and 90. I brought £100 with me , after finishing I was told I need to paid a further £260 … I was shock to heard this …. Been a mother of 2 I can not afford £355 to do my hair… I was explain this , I was told the guy will call me to apologies the confused as he wasn’t present on the day and I he was the person who told me that will be a further £60-90…. The stylist who did my hair apologies and said sorry as she didn’t know , but the other guy … not sure who is maybe manager ….he said someone will call me in regards of this …. Almost two weeks after and not body contact me.

Last time I was very happy with Fatma - she is the best but today I received careless service by a different stylist. I visited the salon and I booked via app for money piece as I only have grey hair around my face. We discussed the hair colour and I was very specific about not going to blonde/ash shades. However, the stylist convinced me that this will be very good choice for me. I told her that I had highlights in past and I really don’t like them. Anyway, I agreed with her suggestion for money piece and hair colour for rest of my hair. During the colouring process what usually takes 30 min, she left me without checking the colour for 45 min as she was dealing with another 2 customers in same time. After washing my colour of, I noticed that I'm having T- section looking highlights. She explained to me that I asked for Money Piece and this is it and if I'm not happy I can come next week to make it darker -seriously?! I left salon with tick brown line around my face and covering top of my ears from the colouring process and the blow dry?? I guess that it wasn't included in price of £96 today with 50 % discount when you bring new friend to salon….

Reece was really patient with my little boy and did a great job of his haircut.

Reece was very polite, understood what I wanted in terms of the design and executed a perfect hair cut and styling. I have fine hair and the way he cut the hair made my hair look fuller. I have left another appointment for the following month and think that I will be a client of this salon for a long time. The receptionist was also very polite and she was so gentle when washing my hair. So, very happy!

I had the most wonderful experience with Reece, the hairdresser in our neighborhood! I made a bit of a mess with a home-made cut, but Reece effortlessly turned it into a stunning pixie hairdo. Their skill and attention to detail were truly remarkable. Not only did I leave with a superb haircut, but Reece also took the time to show me how to style it, which was incredibly helpful. Fatma washed and bliw dried and styled my hair attaching a hairpiece i had brought in so beautifully and with such thought that it looked sensational. I was dancing snd the hair remained flawless all evening. It attracted lots of compliments which i must pass back onto Fatma. She is excellent!

I had my hair wash, cut and conditioned today at Icon Hair and Beauty in North Finchley. My appointment was at 10am so I was their first customer. The staff made me feel relaxed, and I was even offered tea and biscuits, which was a very nice gesture and it made the experience more special. The lady who cut my hair (I forgot to ask her name) was very friendly and chatty, and you could tell she was very good at her job. The salon was clean and organised, and I would definitely recommend this place.

Brilliant service by lovely Reece

The best colourist I’ve had. I wanted natural highlights and the result was perfect!

I booked a cut and blow dry, to try out this hairdresser before commiting to more. Fatma discussed what I wanted, and described it as a restyle, priced at an additional £10. But when she described and showed me pictures of what she recommended, I immediately agreed. And the result is astounding, possibly the best haircut I have ever had, and the style suits my face, my hair and how I normally care for it. The salon is fairly plain, and no particular atmosphere, but clean, and Fatma is a wonderful stylist.

Unfortunately, not happy. When I returned home, I felt my cut was very basic. Like a bowl cut. It took over an hour. The stylist became quite nervous at the end. When I pointed out one side looked different. She asked someone to look, and one side was a bit longer. There wasn’t much more hair left to cut. My previous cut was better. I became anxious and wanted to leave as quickly as I could.

Came in for a wash, cut and dry and Reece was friendly from the moment I arrived. He checked my hair and asked me what I wanted done to it and actually listened to me when he asked how much I wanted cut off, and also gave me some tips on hair maintenance and styling. Would recommend to anyone wanting a haircut from a hairdresser that actually listens to you. Thanks Reece :)

Cut was fine, but I was disappointed on how things were handled. I've booked for a haircut only. I was offered a blowdry when the cut was finished, which I said no because my hair is too frail and the weather was too warm to have the hair dried. My hair was dried anyway even though I did not ask for or want to. And of course I was charged for it. I guess I could have imposed myself, but saying no should be enough when you are declining a service.

Great haircut!, Reece understood exactly what I wanted with my haircut and even managed to blow dry some volume into my very thin hair.

I won't recommend them at all. Firstly, they ask you to pay more when you arrive. Secondly, they don’t have clue what they are doing. I went for highlights which are not visible in my hair at all. I have dark hair and was told during consultation that they can give me highlights that I wanted, showed them pictures etc. But my hair ended up looking the same as before, no colour whatsoever. So, I ended up paying more than what I purchased on groupon for nothing. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. If anyone is thinking of getting their services, save your money and find a better salon. I would give them zero starts if I could.

The salon is very nice and clean and everyone is friendly unfortunately my cut and colour took a while. the cut was good the blow dry wasn't great and I left to go home and redo with straighteners. I bought a group on voucher for full head of highlights but didn't get that and in hindsight i should not have bought that and done an all over colour.
overall Sharon was pleasant and cut was good. just disappointed about colour and blow dry but this doesn't deter me from going to the salon again.
