I booked in and had my Cocochoco keratin treatment !! Where do I Begin!!! It has changed my life I’m someone with curly wiry hair that never sits right regardless whether I straighten 2 to 3 times a day and let me not begin about what it looks like then humidity gets to it. I had a consultation with Fatma and had reservations about the results of this particular treatment.. but after having it done it has exceeded my expectations. Amazing treatment I have washed and rough dried it and it feels just as good as it did on the day I had it done. Caught in the rain today and my amazement no phrase !!! Yep !!! so ladies if you want your hair to feel like he’s just stepped out of the salon every day of the week I strongly recommend you get this treatment. It is a complete game changer.. thanks again Fatma for such an amazing job. I’ll be back in three months. !!!

Fatima did a really good job with the whole treatment process. I wanted my hair to look smoother, shinier and more volume and she gave me the exact same look with tge treatment. The cocochoco treatment really does the job. I would highly recommend Icon for this treatment and also Fatma ??

Half head of highlights that are brassy already. Not enough heat to process them and no toner. I like my highlights icy white which was discussed at the consultation. Not what I got. Phoned to go back for another consultation but have no faith so won’t be back.

My hairdresser is Nancy and she just gets what I want.. does lovely streaking that suits me and I always ask for her !

Better off spending £10 more to get a decent haircut and nice experience

I went for a toner. The stylist didn’t even wash my hair properly and didn’t dry it properly (and it was quite cold outside to go out like that). It looked like I haven’t even been to the salon, my hair looked like it was unwashed…Meanwhile she was talking with another client and looking on instagram (instead of washing my hair properly). Very unprofessional to say the least.

Visited the salon for the first time yesterday, for full head highlights . Nazi made my hair look lively,explained everything in details and the result was lovely . Thank you Nazi !!!!

The fastest wash cut and blow dry ever !
I had long hair and had 2 inches off.
Naz took 25 minutes in total

She always is fantastic and saved my hair . I did not even have to cut it. She is an absolute professional and takes care of you 100%. Her color correction was totally amazing and I had a great time too

I MUST SAY THAT I HAVE HAD OVER THE PAST YEAR MANY EXPERIENCES @ ICON .WEATHERED THE ROUGH WITH THE SMOOTH; BUT I GOTTA ADMIT THAT LATELY I'VE HAD MORE ROUGH THAN SMOOTH. NOT FOR NAZ SHE IS AMAZING AS ARE THE GIRLS. BUT THEY HAVE NOT BEEN CONSTANT WITH ANYTHING!!? NOT WITH THE BOOKING SYSTEM OR THE PRICES AND FORGET ABOUT MAKING A TIMED APPOINTMENT......COS IT DON'T MATTER HOW YOU BOOK ONLINE OVER THE PHONE WALK IN OFF THE STREET, BECAUSE YOU CAN GUARANTEE THAT YOU WILL BE SITTING AND WAITING FOR ANYTHING UP TO AN HOUR/ HOUR AND HALF OR ON A REALLY BAD DAY 2 HOUR!!! AND UNFORTUNATELY NO , NO ONE MAKES APOLOGIES TO YOU OR EVEN ASKS IF YOU WOULD LIKE A TEA OR COFFEE? IM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED AND REALLY DON'T LIKE TO BE TAKEN FOR GRANTED....
