Nice lady did a good cut but the blow dry was really not good. I had asked for curls with out turn and she did in turn which made my hair look too bulky. The blow dry did not even last for that day even though I had asked her that I had to attend a party the next day. Just because you have another appointment you should not spoil someone’s event. Price was anyway paid so why compromise in the work? I am disappointed that from last three times one in Bushey and two times in Northwood, I have not been satisfied with cut and blow dry.. don’t fool people please.

Poor treatment. Not at all personal Rough and rather rude. I complained to her when she asked 'everything alright?' ' told her straight she had been so and complained. When I asked if she could rough dry my hair the other way she handed me the comb. To be honest the whole experience has put me off. There was absolutely no finesse or service at all. Stylist called the manager when I complained. I was offered a free treatment next time.
