Lovely job as always !

I had a blow dry with Filipa, who advised me best way to keep my curls in for the maximum amount of time. Once I removed the pin curls, the curls were fabulous! I had many compliments. Thanks Filipa!

Totally satisfied with Jasmine. She is an excellent stylist. However the Salon booking leaves a lot to be desired! I booked an appointment phoning from abroad and it was not even put in the book! Hence 2 star for Service

Excellent as always

I can’t recall the name of the stylist but New Year’s Eve I was dashing around as you do… in the pouring rain looking quite a state and on the off chance I just popped in to see if they could trim my fringe - they were so helpful - waited all of 60 seconds before they found a stylist and I walked out about 5 minutes later with my sanity restored! Thank you Hob.

I made my first appointment for colour/cut. Everybody I spoke with was friendly and professional. Looking forward to becoming a regular client - and they’re dog friendly! Extra points!!

I've been having my hair done at Hob salon Northwood for a while and have always been very happy with the result. Jasmine is an absolutely amazing hair stylist, intuitive, creative and she just reads my mind every time with what I want done to my hair. She is just a beautiful human, perfectionist and fantastic at what she does! I am honestly addicted!

My stylist listened to my needs and attended to each appropriately. I was happy with my setting.

It's always a pleasure seeing Arta. I wouldn't want anyone else to cut my hair.

Arta was brilliant - shame that I had to wait 30 min before she was alerted to the fact that I had arrived.

Usually go to this salon and see Anum/Jake. However as they weren’t available I had a cut&blowdry with *****. Had a really bad experience, the service was rude, rushed and unprofessional. Had a treatment put in and just rinsed out, followed by a cut and blow dry. Got home to realise my hair was still greasy as they forgot to shampoo it. Went back to the salon later that day and they had to wash and blow dry again - was a complete waste of time and inconvenient. It is a shame as I’ve always gone to this salon but won’t be returning. The prices are ridiculously high and for the amount you pay you would expect a more professional experience.

Great as usual having Jasmine making me look beautiful with a fab hairstyle. Lovely atmosphere in Northwood Salon . Junior staff absolutely attentive & very caring towards your needs from the moment you enter the salon .very happy I found Jasmine as a walk in 6 months ago as was desperate , hair out of condition & no shape or style with my hair ,looking like mad Mary , I look forward to my regular appointments & get great compliments from friends & neighbours afterwards, best thing I did this year walking into Northwood Salon . Thank you Jasmine .

She is an excellent hair dresser. She is helpful, calm, warm, and wonderful person. I have known her for almost 10 years.

Pleased with the service

I wanted a change, and I certainly got that. I walked out, looking completely different. Love the shorter hair that's more manageable. Filipa was so friendly and listened to everything I said she did a wonderful job. Thank you I will be back.

Always come out happy. Great stylist and staff with helpful assistants. Danny even ran out and put money in the meter for me.

Pam was a lovely person very patient and friendly. She explained everything she was going to do and went through the colour chart to discuss what colour I wanted on my hair and the shade of the colour I wanted.

I haven’t had my hair cut in months and always find it difficult to trust someone new but Anum was incredible. She made my vision come to life and kept the essence of my long hair which I was so worried about losing. I’m so please with it! Thank you Anum!

I had the most wonderful time at HOB Northwood, from the relaxing hair wash, to my brilliant hairdresser Jason, who made me feel at ease while he worked his magic on my hair.
I am looking forward to going back next week for a tint treatment to restore my hair to its natural colour.
I thoroughly recommend this salon!

Excellent as always

It was Toni who did my treatment but her name was not in the dropdown. A gentleman also cut my hair but I cannot remember if this was Jake or not. Toni and the gentleman were absolutely phenomenal - they looked after me so well and made me feel so wonderful by the end of my session. Thank you so much!

I’ve had a lot of people do my hair but I’ve got to say both Jason and Toni have done it the best . Feel 100 dollars when I walk out and know it will be exactly what I ask for. Jason’s blowdries are fantastic and Toni’s colour and blowdry is incredible. 100% recommend

My daughter felt welcomed and relaxed. She enjoyed the whole salon experience from her relaxing hair wash and condition with Scarlett to her amazing cut and finish with Savannah.
