I was happy with my haircut however I was made to feel very uncomfortable in the salon itself . The staff were unwelcoming and unfriendly

Friendly and quick..I had limited time for a cut and blow dry as I had a school run and Jason not only empathised but provided flawless service in that short time..happy me

It had been a while since I last got my hair cut so my hair was extremely long! It was desperate for a cut, Jason was great he explained what he was going to do and why, which made me fully trust him. I’m so happy with the end result would definitely recommend and will go back!

A very last minute appointment to get rid of some frazzled ends before a wedding on the weekend. Team were wonderful and considerate. Anum was extremely proffesional and managed to salvage an absolute mop in a very quick amount of time.

I thought the actual service was fine but what I am disappointed with is when I called to actually make the booking on the day I was not told it was cheaper to book a same day colour and toner separately rather than the ‘tone & go’ on top of that my son’s hair cut booking had disappeared. The actual service was fine but I would rather have left a larger tip than have been overcharged or I’ll advised. It’s a shame as it leaves a sour taste and bad reputation on the company.

Anum does the best blow drys, she really listens to what I want and then delivers. She has so much patience.

Not only did Jason do my hair beautifully but was very kind and looked after me. I had fallen and broken my shoulder a few days previously and was in a lot of pain. Jason gave me a lot of TLC and I really appreciated it!

Extremely horrible experience! The stylist who cut my daughter’s hair didn’t even manage to do a one straight long , it was uneven and looked horrible I had to take her for a hair cut again !

Anum listened to everything I said and gave me exactly what I wanted. My dead ends are gone and my hair looks healthier. She suggested a great shampoo and conditioner and treatment for my hair.
