Thought Jasmine was excellent. Looked at my hair first and knew exactly how to cut it. Very pleasant and experienced hairdresser. Would definately go back to her.

Fantastic salon. Only second time but made to feel very welcome. They managed to cope with the fact that I was in a wheelchair after breaking my ankle. Will be using them again in the near future.

My mum and and I have been going to see Jake at HOB in Northwood for years now. Jake always makes us feel so comfortable and is easy to talk to. Jake professionally advises and colours our hair perfectly and we never leave feeling disappointed. I cannot recommended him enough.

I am new to Northwood from Canada. I had the same hairdresser for 20 years and so finding a new one was a real stress for me. Jake was kind and easy to talk to right away and he knew what I was looking for as far as color in no time! He was quick and also paid attention to detail. The color turned out beautifully and exactly what I was wanting. Now I don’t have to worry about finding a new hairdresser that hears me and delivers. Thanks Jake ! And Jasmine also for finishing up with the blow dry. Also a sweetheart !

Booked in for a “big, bouncy” blow dry for a wedding. The stylist used straighteners to curl my hair rather than blow drying it but assured me it would achieve the same result that would last. Unfortunately it did neither… the root was flat and didn’t have the volume I wanted or have previously achieved and it didn’t last. within 30minutes of me getting to the wedding it had dropped out and just looked flat. I could have done this myself and saved £36.
Really disappointing. I’ve had previous blowdrys with stylists who weren’t available yesterday and loved the final result but not this time. I was really disappointed and felt i shouldn’t have bothered.

Jake did my colour yesterday. He was very friendly and he knew exactly what I wanted. I am very fussy with my hair colour but I knew Jake will do a fab job. Thank you Jake and hopefully see you.??

Great cut and service overall. The only thing that marred the experience was being asked on two occasions if I wanted a blow dry when I had booked a wet cut. I found this a bit pushy and off-putting as I had said no the first time so shouldn't have been asked again.

Got a blow dry and style for a wedding. Stayed all day and night and Sarah even helped place my fascinator. Lovely clean salon with lots of friendly, helpful staff. Will definitely use again.
