Pam has been colouring my hair at HOB for years now. I have followed her from different salons. She is an amazing colourist and just knows exactly what to do without question. I trust her implicitly with my hair as I do Jasmine but the main reason I go here is the atmosphere within the salon.. Everyone is so nice and down to earth and it is such a joyous experience. I leave feeling good both outwardly as well as within. Highly recommend HOB, Norrhwood.

An amazing experience it was my first time in hobbs Northwood and I must say am so glad I came to hobbs. It was my first haircut in 2 years. The prices r fine u have a comfort of knowing that ur stylist knows what's he doing which I a big relief. I was very nervous and excited bt must say George did an amazing job I have to say he is the best he listened to what I need than did his magic and the result is amazing. very professional yet very friendly thank u for making my experience worth remembering. I would definitely recommend.

I have *really* thick hair and Jasmin always makes me leave the salon looking so much better than I went in, and feeling a lot lighter! Cannot recommend her highly enough.

Although my appointment was on the first day out of lockdown, I was reassured that the salon was maintaining its safety measures. As always I felt welcomed and safe. It goes without saying that I was delighted with my hair cut and had a wonderful relaxing time amongst the whole staff.

As usual my whole experience at the salon was good, a lovely welcome from reception, a superb head massage, followed by a great hair cut from Sarah.
All in a safe environment with everyone wearing masks and surfaces kept clean.

Showed a style pic of below chin length bob with whispy fringe and layers at the side, stylist said she could do it. I have had the cut previously with another stylist at HOB. I said if not possible I would like a simple graduated bob, she reassured me that she could do it. I ended up with a too short, shapeless mess and full fringe, like a bowl cut at ear lobe level. Although the back looked nice and I know that my hair will grow out, I cried when I got home. The stylist is a very nice person but she didn't listen and I was really disappointed.

Jake is so amazing with colour, just like an artist. My whole face has changed for the better. Thank you for making me feel beautiful

George was amazing with my blow dry, he gave me so many compliments boosted my mood totally and I have been on a happiness high since.
