I am very disappointed with my hair cut. Despite providing a reference picture, she failed to shape my hair accordingly. My “bob” cut was not up to my standards, especially for a professional hair salon. Not happy with what I received.

Your advice to go shorter with the hair but taking it in stages was great. Loved the cut as made it more easier to manage and also blow-dry into the style was lovely. I came in to correct a botched haircut and balayage job done by a different salon and I wasn’t disappointed. Parus was lovely and gave me a great haircut and styled it well. Antonia did my balayage after a detailed consultation and she really listened to what I wanted and did a fantastic job. Jake does a great job. But I do like the hair line dark as it differentiates between my face and the hair colour. Only the sides were darkened. The top part hairline above my forehead was not darkened. I wanted to call Jake myself but away on holiday for a month. He’s fabulous but I will have to wait until just after my birthday on 27 July when I get back to set up another appointment.
