Thank you for your feedback on the pricing too , please let me explain a little more as to why the price may seem higher. As part of our philosophy we do not differentiate between shorter or longer hair cuts as the stylist takes an hour for all cutting appointments, no matter the gender. (A short cut can often be more technically demanding and take a greater amount of time than a traditional longer length cut ) . The lovely Ryan is also one of our Art Directors so his prices are a little higher .

We take all feedback very seriously as we pride ourselves on the quality of our service. We are very sorry to hear that you did not have the very best experience within the salon so we have begun investigations as we do for all complaints and it does seem we had a sequence of unfortunate events on the Christmas Eve. This ranged from a client with an exceptional amount of hair overrunning on the appointment prior to yourself plus some last minute staff shortages due to Covid.
