Always a great experience with excellent results. Tracey always listens to what I want in terms of colour, styling, length etc. she’ll also offer advice if I’m undecided, or if she thinks of other options I might not have considered. The result is always great and the experience relaxing and enjoyable. I really think Tracey cares about her clients and wants them looking and feeling great every time. I have appointments with Tracey every 5-6 weeks and drive an hour each way as I just wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair.

Awful experience.
The stylist is arrogant and doesn't listen to what the customer wants.
The blow dry and styling was truly awful, I looked like I'd been plugged into the electric socket! I told her I didn't want any products and I don't like hairspray, but she went ahead and used them anyway. I went home and washed it all out as fast as I could.
The cut isn't as good as it was before! I couldn't see that while I was in the salon because the styling was so bad.
The colour is not too bad, but not exactly what I wanted, because again she thought she knew better than me!

Tracey always does an amazing job with my hair. The colour is perfect and the style is so nice and suits my hair, I’ve had a lot of compliments already.
Unfortunately when I was having my hair washing second time round another lady left my hair wet, half in the towel and half out then left me in the middle of the salon and I didn’t know where to go. My belongings were left in the other chair I sat in.
