Great appointment with Tracey as always, she has superior knowledge and knows exactly what will suit me. Always lays the options out and I never feel pressured to have any cut or colour I don't want. Highly recommended.

However the 20% discount on my 6th appointment was limited to the cost of the tint and not the ‘6th visit’ which is printed on the loyalty card

I love coming here so much! First time back since the plague started and we did everything. Colour, cut and blow dry. Tracey is always so lovely and just really gets me. Every time I've come out if the salon I've had a huge smile in my face and never once have I had that post-cut regret. 100%, 10/10, great place!

Joan as always was brilliant. Everything was done in a friendly and professional way. This was my last appointment at Frangipani after 29 years as the atmosphere orchestrated by the new manager to staff and customers whenever she is there has made the salon an unpleasant place to be .I have only continued to use Frangipani out of loyalty and satisfaction with Joan. This was a sad day to see Joan leave.
