I think I was seen by Jamie who managed to see me last minute.
Totally understood I had neglected my hair for some time and made some suggestions on how to improve this.
Fantastic wash, cut and blow dry and she took all the time to make sure my hair was styled ready to withstand the busy day I had ahead (which it truly did!)
My only recommendation would be to have some more relaxing music at the hairwashing station to allow for some unwinding particularly while sitting with a treatment for a bit and having a head massage.
True value for money with friendly happy staff!

A lovely salon, Amy and her members of staff are always super helpful, happy and professional.

I am delighted to say that after looking around for a new hairdressers in February, I found this salon and gave it a try and have never looked back. Great staff, friendly and professional. Happy with my cut and colour with each visit courtesy of Shannon. Highly recommend.

The lady that did my hair was a junior who had absolutely no guidance. She didn't know how to wave hair and did exactly what I didn't want.
Not her fault as not a single person offered her any guidance.
Will not go back. Total waste of time and money. My hair looks horrible.

Jamie did my hair and I must say I am especially pleased with it. Not been so pleased with a trip to a salon in ages. Even got a nice mini head massage which was a treat.
Will definitely be coming back for another cut with Jamie.

I have never regularly gone to a hairdressers until I found this one - they are attentive, they actively listen, I learn something most times I visit and the head massages are great.

Well what can I say, I love Raw. From the moment I booked my first appointment to my many return visits. I have introduced my daughter and my daughter in law and they love RAW too. Modern funky nice atmosphere and a fab welcome always. What are you waiting for just book an appointment and see for yourself. Thank you RAW see you in 6 weeks for my next visits xx

Just walked in and did not have to wait to be seen. My hair is very thick, curly and dry - I left feeling great my hair was so much lighter. Remy done an amazing job !!

Took both my Daughter and son there recently and was told a trainee had to cut my sons hair which was left it with clumps and steps all over and. Left it a complete mess, in addition the 2 haircuts took over 90 mins,1st appointment 30 mins late and the 2nd taking over 1 hour to trim, I used to goto the Bromley branch which in turn was superb, sad to see it go but will not go back to this one!

Very poor customer care

I was very disappointed with the service I received today, i did not feel welcomed, my hair doesn’t look like I had a haircut. I will definitely not go there again

Lovely salon, staff very friendly, appointment for cut and blow dry. Had a relaxing head massage whilst being shampooed. Excellent cut and blow dry. Couldn't fault my visit. Definitely my salon from now on.
