I came to the salon on Sunday the 10th to see franci for a hair consultation. My hair had been destroyed after asking for a balayage, I was left with bleached hair and horrible me roots. I cried and told franci what I wanted and how o was left not wanting to leave my house missing days off work. Franci offered to come in on her day off and completely transformed my hair. I have confidence back I am smiling, going out and I am genuinely so happy about myself again. Franci is amazing I thank god for my friend who told me about Luke Ormsby I have found my new place of happiness at this salon! Can’t wait to come back to franci at the end of may!

Have been going to LO for about a year now and Rachel has hands down given me the best haircuts I've ever had. I am growing out a Pixie cut and it's growing out incredibly well and that's down to how it's cut by Rachel every few months - elegantly and manageable. Even after 8 weeks I love the texture / how it falls and I am always surprised as I've always hated my hair growing out. Service is unrivalled and staff are really friendly and professional. Always look forward to going!

Had my balayage done by Franci. Turned out amazing. She is very professional and a perfectionist. Highly recommended, will be returning again.

Great salon. Lovely atmosphere. Chevonne really listens but also gives ideas. Good cut that has lasted me a long time. You feel they care and committed to offering a good service. No annoying cross selling of products.

As soon as I entered the salon I felt welcome and was put at ease with the friendliness of all the staff. I found the whole salon experience wonderful and love my new hairstyle. Kelly knew exactly what I wanted and styled it better than I ever expected, so it’s 5 stars all round for my experience.

This was the first time I took my daughter to Luke Ormsby's salon. She has curly hair and we haven't been able to manage it previously in a way that she is happy with. Franci consulted with my daughter and took the time to understand what she wanted, treating her with respect, and making her feel at ease. She explained every step of the process to us both and gave us our options, we took all her suggestions on board and went with them. She was very patient and my daughter screamed with joy with the final result. Neither of us have ever been to such a salon, with such a vibe, where everyone is happy. We most certainly will definitely be back, and next time it will be the both of us! Thank you Franci and everyone at Luke Ormsby!

Really delighted with my haircut. Chevonne did a great job shaping and styling my hair. Every time have washed my hair since, I find it dries fairly effortlessly into really nice shape.
Also love this hairdresser as they’re conscious about their environmental impact- there’s option to get refills of their shampoo and they’ve just recently offered silent appointment option for people who may feel anxious about having to chat or just want to sit and be :)

I wanted advice on how to style my hair. Brooke was really friendly and great at explaining what I could do with my hair. Really pleased with the experience and the result.

This is the 2nd treatment I've had, I came back to have it done again as I was so impressed the first time! Kelly was very knowledgable and professional, and I was very pleased with the results when I had the first treatment, and it lasted for approx 6 months. It makes such a difference to my long hair, I will do this now as a regular treatment, as it makes it so much more manageable. Very happy with the results :-))

I have never kept a salon for more than a few visits- always underwhelmed or disappointed. I love everything about Luke Ormsby Hair and everyone there, but especially Franci who is able to make me look fantastic, is a great laugh, and always has brilliant suggestions of what to do/try. I've finally found a salon I'll never quit!

I've always struggled to find a good hair salon which is able to understand how I want to cut my hair. After a recommendation from a friend, I decided to book in an appointment and it did not disappoint! From calling in, the lady on the phone was so polite and got me booked in with Franci. Franci was so kind, polite and instantly understood how I wanted my hair and even made recommendations. Everything from turning up to the salon, having my hair washed and then cut and blow dried was all a fantastic experience. I couldn't recommend Franci enough and I definitely will be returning in the future!

Chevonne has been fantastic both with my colour and cut. Truly an expert in her field, she made me feel comfortable and went above and beyond to achieve a look I'm more than happy with. With an added bonus of lush smelling and sustainable products, I'll certainly be visiting again. Also thanks to the other staff and interns. The team here create a lovely atmosphere.

It's been a long time since I've got my hair cut! Never knew what to do with it till I met Chevonne! Honestly she was very understanding and helped guide me for the best cut and teaching me how to care for my hair. Left feeling like a new woman! All the staff were super friendly made me feel so welcom!

It's taken 7 years to find a good hairdresser and I can now happily say I have found one that I can trust with my hair.

Chevonne at Luke Ormsby Hair always cuts my hair very nicely. The place is welcoming, clean and professional.

First time using a different hair salon in five years so I was a bit nervous. I went for a cut and a blow dry and Chevonne has done a fabulous job and listened to what I wanted in terms of length, cut volume!

Luke always cuts my hair perfectly. My hair looks healthy and the shape lasts for ages, even when I leave it too long for my next cut. Luke helps me understand what will work best when I'm feeling more adventurous with my style. I aways leave the salon feeling great, thank you!

Luke Ormsby have been absolutely fantastic in making my sister feel special after pampering her with a wash cut and blow-dry a few months after a major surgery. They were very accomodating and made it a comfortable experience for her and really made her feel great. Rachel was lovely and is very talented and professional. Very impressed thankyou all.

A busy, bright salon. Kelly gave honest feedback on the challenges of colouring white/grey hair. My hope is not to show too much re-growth and so Kelly suggested lowlights in two, possibly three, colours to add warmth and differentiation rather than than simply an overall colour.

I can’t speak highly enough of this salon. Brooke was fantastic, she managed to save my hair and restore its volume
