Having gone into the salon wanting something different for a change but didn't know what,as hair short, Laura gave me an idea. I went with it & I'm very pleased. I am going to see how I go with it. Thanks again Laura.

I popped into Touché prior to booking an appointment to ask for some advice and immediately Sharon was so warm and welcoming. I have been struggling with postpartum hair loss and change and Sharon was very kind and understanding as well as giving some great advice about a cut and style. She even squeezed me in early for an appointment on a day which suited me as I didn’t have to worry about childcare or work. The appointment was lovely, the salon is a pleasant environment and the conversation was enjoyable. The cut that Sharon gave me is exactly what I wanted and my hair is in much better condition than before. Will definitely be back!

Very pleased with the hair cut yesterday, Laura did a great job & made me feel relaxed & welcome. I enjoyed the seasonal touch of a mini minced pie with a mug of tea, especially as it was a cold day.

Lovely warm welcome on arrival with offer of a drink of choice. As a regular the appraisal was brief because Sheryl knew exactly what I wanted regarding colour and style. The service was professional and friendly. I was regularly asked if I wanted more drinks or magazines. The atmosphere in the salon is very upbeat yet relaxed, and all staff were happy and attentive. Overall experience was enjoyable, I was thrilled with the colour and finish, Sheryl always does an amazing job, and I never leave before booking my next appointment.
