Very pleased with the hair cut yesterday, Laura did a great job & made me feel relaxed & welcome. I enjoyed the seasonal touch of a mini minced pie with a mug of tea, especially as it was a cold day.

Lovely warm welcome on arrival with offer of a drink of choice. As a regular the appraisal was brief because Sheryl knew exactly what I wanted regarding colour and style. The service was professional and friendly. I was regularly asked if I wanted more drinks or magazines. The atmosphere in the salon is very upbeat yet relaxed, and all staff were happy and attentive. Overall experience was enjoyable, I was thrilled with the colour and finish, Sheryl always does an amazing job, and I never leave before booking my next appointment.

I've spent 3 years looking for the right stylist and I'm so pleased I've met Sheryl. Since my first appointment 6 months ago she has been so lovely in helping me get my hair "bride ready". Sheryl always remembers how my hair falls and little details about my life and she's lovely to chat to. The appointments are always super professional and I look forward to seeing her. She also kindly recommended a colleague today as she isn't available for a blow dry next week and I trust her advice so I've booked with the other lady for a one off - it's lovely that she didn't just tell me there was no option. Looking forward to my next appointment already.
