I feel very safe and good service

I was really apprehensive to get my hair done because of Covid-19 but when I went in it was so well organised, everyone in safety gear. Sharon is very professional, friendly and puts you at ease. Her years of experience shines through her expertise and I’ve received so many comments on video about my new look - fabulous.

Great cut and highlights from Sharon, as usual and lovely massage and Bond Fusion. Very pleased

Covid measures in place were very good and I felt very safe- Lots of visible cleaning, masks and visors both worn (rather than just the latter), temperature checks on entry, screen up at the entrance, hand sanitiser everywhere, not too many customers in at once, door open and greeted outside

Been to Niamh a couple of times now and my hair always looks so lovely! So happy with it every time! She’s amazing at what she does!!

It was my first time in Touche Purley yesterday & I had a lovely relaxing apt with Neeve & also help from Jess. Neeve made me feel instantly comfortable with how sweet & professional she was. She understood straight away the result I wanted to achieve and left me with a beautifully done balayage, cut & curly blow dry. Jess also was great as she helped take my temperature and offer sanitiser, wash my hair and clean the salon thoroughly to keep us all safe during this time. I look forward to rebooking with them both.

Lovely as always. They really have done their utmost to make people feel safe in the salon - very spread out, good hygiene measures in place and everyone following the rules ref face coverings etc The warm welcome and fantastic service haven’t changed - all excellent.

Neeve has been doing my hair for a few years now and even when I've moved away from the area I keep coming back, as it's always great. I recommend it so much I've got my brother, sister and friends to come. From a basic cut and finish to a full on balayage and root colour job it's always a great experience. Neeve always does an amazing job and would 10/10 recommend.

Since having my haircut done by Michelle I receive so many compliments. it’s always a perfect cut and lasts for months with minimal or no maintenance in between. The colour has never looked so good and my hair has never been in better condition. Everyone is friendly and makes you feel comfortable and nothing is to much trouble!

Niamh did such a fab job with my hair today. I had a full head of ash blonde highlights and a cut into a blunt long bob and I am totally in love with it. The colour is flawless and exactly what I was after and the cut is perfect too, and relatively low maintenance. She also styled it with beautiful loose curls and I have felt so bouncy and happy all day! Totally worth every penny, can’t recommend Niamh and Touché enough, I’m so pleased with the result. It was my first time with Natalie and I wanted something quite specific to do with colour. Natalie was really friendly and really knowledgeable, she asked lots of questions and we went through the colour book together. She made me feel very at ease and when the towel finally came off she had done a fabulous job. She even stayed longer than was necessary as she wanted to blow dry it so I could see the finish look. Great experience and I will certainly be going back. Thank you Natalie !
