Touché Hairdressing Purley

I had a lovely hair appt at Touche on Saturday morning. A relaxing wash and head massage from Jess and then Highlights, cut and blowdry by Natalie. Offered refreshments and magazines to read which passed the time pleasantly. I was very pleased with the end result.

I always enjoy my trip to the hairdressers. They are very welcoming, put you at ease and Sheryl always takes time to discuss what I want to have done.

Everyone at Touche are so lovely and welcoming, it’s always a great experience from start to finish. Sheryl was extremely knowledgeable and made me feel really at ease, she was also able to recommend styles to suit me and I’m so pleased with the outcome!

Sharon’s done mine and my families hair for years she’s quick efficient and really looks after my hair and advises me the right products love her ❤️

Stylist did my root regrowth, but I wasn’t happy with the colour and when I expressed this to her, she was extremely rude to me and very unprofessional about the whole situation. I’ve never in my life had such a terrible experience in a hair salon after years of using this salon, I will never go back after such a horrible experience.

As always a great experience for myself and Ruby both very happy with our hair. Nicki always just knows what we want and delivers and Jo always looks after us and is super professional the lady that washed hair also great was a relaxing massage.

Such an excellent stylist. Always very welcoming and listens to what I want and also comes up with fresh ideas. Always a pleasure to have my hair coloured and styled by Nicki.

Excellent experience throughout from reception to payment. My experience since the last visit was discussed and possible options explained. The results were yet again high quality and for the time and skill involved the charges are most reasonable.

Super happy with the result! Sharon is very professional and is VERY good at colouring. I had very damaged hair and she managed to fix that and the colour. my hair looks a lot healthier. Would definitely recommend!

I have been going here for about 5 years and whether it is a fringe trim or complete cut and colour, they always do a great job!

Nicki is always fantastic. She listens to my ramblings and helps me figure out what I actually want. And then she makes it work. Always walk outwith a smile on my face.

Lovely colour and cut

Laura is a brilliant hairstylist. She is patient and understands how I would like my hair cut and styled on every visit. She and the salon are thorough professionals and I strongly recommend their services.

Being told off for coming to the salon looking bedraggled and in as mess was not what I expected .
Having said that, I understand ! .
I walked out feeling wonderful, confident and very very happy.!
Learnt a lesson not to leave it too long between appointments!

Nicki is lovely and my hair always look amazing after the visit. I highly recommend this hair salon.

My usual stylist being unfortunately unwell, I had a cut with Sharon, who proved to be equally skilled and left me very happy with the result. The moral is dont panic if your normal stylist is unavailable. Wish them better but show up anyway:)

Nicki is great. Understands what I need for my hair but also listens to what I want to help me achieve the right colour. Cut and finish was great too. Always very pleased with my hair and the salon in general.

My haircut and colour were perfect as usual. My time in the salon was very calm and relaxing. Everyone nice, polite, and friendly.

As always, Sheryl was fantastic. She always takes time to ask what I want and to talk it through. The young lady who washed my hair (whose name I didn't take) also gave me the best head massage I have ever had.

Friendly local salon. Went in for a Keratin treatment, looked after me, gave me coffee & tea. Explained the process & how long it would take.

Debbie was friendly and welcoming as soon as I walked in. She took some time to see what I wanted and also time to check my general hair routine etc. I had a cut and finish. Always nice to have a hair wash, nice conditioning and then cut how I wanted and blow dried nicely. I left feeling like it had been a long needed visit. My hair felt so much better. Thank you

Sheryl asked me what I wanted done and was very clear about how she would style my hair. She kindly also showed me how I could blow dry my own hair successfully. Loved the finished result. All done in 40 minutes!

Carolyn never fails to deliver when cutting and styling my hair! I leave her to decide what needs to be done, and she always makes me feel great when I leave there.

Laura listened to my needs and the result was very good. I am pleased with it.
Her colleague helped with applying hair treatment on my hair and she did a good job at it, making sure the water was not too hot. I was also offered a head massage which was pleasant.
